“Jacky has been extremely helpful in dealing with my complaint after an initial delay. She was apologetic for this delay and for the incident which led to my complaint. Jacky has offered me a very reasonable resolution to the problem which I am more than happy with and her customer service skills along with communication have been excellent. Thank you.”

“Auto aid are very easy to deal with. Easy to send proof so partner can be added to policy. I also realised I needed the policy to start a few days earlier than when I applied and Jessica very helpfully changed this for me. Thanks Jessica.”
