“By mistake two payments were taken out when renewing my cover ,I phoned up to state the fact .I was informed that the over payment would be in my account in 5 working days. After 10 days i had to phone back to say it was not in my account.After the second phone call it was in my account the next day.Otherwise no problems.”

“The customer service is responsive (I was answered within 60 seconds), helpful with my change of address and there was no fuss with my renewal of policy. If only all customer service was as good as this. I've only had to use the service 2 or 3 times in 10 years but it was as good if not better than any of the leading breakdown services, and more reasonably priced too.”
