“Telephoned to renew my annual policy and was answered straight away by Sam, very nice and polite. Took some security details and i was able to renew my policy there and then,no fuss,no trouble. I wasn't able to renew online as it was giving me the incorrect amount to pay,hence the telephone call,but this was explained to me by Sam who said it was due to a discount offered. Helpful and friendly and professional attitude.Have been with Auto national for a good few years now and i wouldn't take my custom anywhere else!”

“Fortunately, I haven't had to call out Auto National but I am impressed by the number of positive reviews from those who have. What particualrly impresses me about Auto National is that they actually reward loyal customers by offering them a renewal premium which either has not increased at all from the previous year (as this year for me) or just a slight increase in line with inflation. This is impressive compared with most other insurance companies! (presumably it helps that I haven't had to claim) I have every confidence that should I require their services, Auto National will be there for me.”
