“Melissa was polite and helpful. She took the time to explain the jargon on your script where you tell customers how much money we lose on 'insurer premiums' if we cancel. Make your scripts simple in language so Melissa and her colleagues don't have customers being confused and annoyed by jargon which doesnt explain the charges. Again Melissa was very professional...thank you Melissa!”

“I am perfectly happy with the Autonational breakdown service. However it has been very difficult to get through on the phone recently to renew my breakdown cover (I prefer to phone rather than renew on line). When I did get through, I spoke to Samuel who was very helpful and renewed my cover immediately.”

“The website was down, the lady on the phone said I would get call back within 24 hours. I did and spoke to Melissa who sorted me and I renewed with the minimum of fuss. She answered the one query I had and explained about payment. I do wish there were more interactions like this in the modern world. Thank you.”
