Mark the technician arrived bang on time (he had telephoned me half an hour before arriving, giving me plenty of time to return home from a shopping trip). The cracked/chipped wind-screen repair was completed quickly and with minimum of fuss ! Mark was polite and courteous and I can heartily recommend his work to anyone with same problem.

The technician (Ian) arrived exactly when expected and was very efficient and friendly and completed the replacement quickly and professionally with no distruption to the other car park users as it was done at my offices. Really pleased, thank you.

Dealt with after someone smashed my rear windscreen. Went through insurance so unable to comment on price, but service was straight forward, friendly and hassle free.

To say their customer service is appaling would suggest that I got some service, it was actually non existent. My rear screen got broken on a Wednesday and I booked a repair through Auto Windscreens which is the name my insurance company suggested. I was told that the repair would be carried out on the Friday. I had no contact from them, so called, to be told that it had been changed to Monday, so cancelled another day's appointments. No show again on Monday, so called again to be told that they didn't know who had changed the appointment or why, but it would be done on Thursday. Another day stuck without a car and no contact from them. When I called, they said they hadn't even ordered the glass. Told them to cancel the job and called Autoglass who were really efficient and fixed it next day through my insurance. one star is too many for Auto Windscreens, they didn't even have to courtesy to contact me to change the appointments.

Save yourself the hassle of having to deal with this incompetent lot. How on earth does a windscreen company not know the parts needed or how to install a BMW's windscreen?? After the first replacement 12 months ago the windscreen has been creaking with the movement of the car. I HAVE NOW HAD 4 REPLACEMENTS to fix the issue. The last time they sent someone with some foam blocks to put on my dash - NOT HAPPY!! these were poking out the top and could be seen. The engineers response - Well i dont know whats wrong with it. Well guess what? I DO! You dont know what YOU'RE doing. He didnt even look at the copy of the instillation manual that i gave him with the updated information of part numbers. I am now having to contact them AGAIN. Im not paying my insurance to have the screen replaced again by someone else but am a total loss of what to do.

I was initially meant to have my windscreen replaced on 11th September between 13.00-17.00. I received a call at 5pm advising they could not make it as they were too busy. I was then told that the next appointment would not be until 26th September. My MOT is due on 22nd September so I had to ask them to attend and replace the windscreen at work instead as they had an appointment for the 21st September in my work area. I was given the time of between 13.00-17.00 again and their engineer, Simon, called at 14.00 to advise that he would be with me in 45 minutes. As advised, Simon turned up at 14.45 in a very polite, courteous and friendly manner. He replaced the windscreen in 30 minutes verily tidily. I would have rated Auto Windscreens 'very good' but due to the issue with my first booking I feel a 'good' rating is fair and justified. A huge thank you to Simon for being so polite and courteous considering the poor weather!

I am disgusted with Auto windscreens. The chip they replaced cause a huge crack through my whole windscreen which meant it needed replacing completely. I have waited 2 months for a refund and not received anything with numerous calls and emails. Awful!

Very prompt and professional service. I got a text message the evening before the visit with my window time being between 1.30 and 5pm and the fitter arrived nicely between this time.

Appalling service from the Leeds depot, I don't actually thing anyone of the staff there know what they are doing or how to treat customers. Original fitter put a piece of Perspex in my r/o/s door, that was expected seeing that it was a bank holiday. Nobody called me to tell me when it would be fitted. Damaged door trim when putting glass in & left it saying nothing. I called Leeds depot 5/6 times & was it a satisfying or sympathetic call "NO" I will not recommend them nor will I use them again. I will also be speaking to my insurance company about my unacceptable experience with Auto Windscreens. If your stars had minuses you would get minus 50 plus.

Excellent communication when I reported the damage. Clear advice on how and when the repair would be effected. I received a text on the evening before the work was due and a phone call from the fitter next morning to advise when he would arrive. Replacement work was within the timescale advised.

The initial job was going to take 3 weeks to replace our windscreen, however due to an administrative error the wrong windscreen was ordered!! We had to wait another 3 weeks for the job to be completed. The fitters who came out to fit the windscreen on both occasions were first rate, but it would seem that they and us were let down by the inefficiencies of your systems!!!!

Useless company. Do not use them at any cost. I'm still waiting to have my windscreen replaced 3 months down the line. They just cancelled on me for the third time. Utter amateurs who I would not trust to book an egg

Service was excellent, the man who came was polite, helpful and fuss free. He called to my work and had contacted me to let me know when he would be arriving and hoe long it would take. He fully explained what he was doing.

A good job performed on a difficult windscreen to replace ie Audi 4 Cab. Where everything has to be removed to fit new screen. First class technician who new his trade.
