Auto Windscreens were very helpful on the phone - especially when I had to change the date at very short notice. They also kept in touch with me before the appointment to update me on timescales etc. Just before my appointment today I had to dash out - I called the engineer to apologise but she said she would go to my house and wait - which she did. Thereafter the service was fast and efficient and you can't even see the repair! A great service

I found information given over the phone at the side of the road to be extremely useful. I was also given an appointment within 15 minutes of initially calling and the appointment was at my convenience (either at home or at work). Work was carried out promptly and effectively. Was texted a couple of days before appointment as well as night before to give me a time slot. On the day the driver arrived a little early, but rang to communicate this in advance - brilliant service, would definitely recommend and use again.

I was referred by my insurers. Booking an appointment was quick and hassle free. I was given a timely appointment and a text to remind me. I received a phone call from the technician 20 minutes prior to my appointment, she arrived on time, she was informative and professional and completed a first rate repair. I'd rate that as an excellent level of service, thanks.

The service from the moment I contacted Autowindscreens was first class. The speed of replacement, 2 days, was remarkable. The screen was replaced at my home and the chap that did the job was very pleasant, well mannered, neat and tidy. I could not have asked for more. Thank you.

I have to say from the first phone call to the reminder by text the the day before the new screen was fitted the service given was spot on. The fitter called to say he was on his way and was very quick. efficient and polite. Ver very pleased with the service given

Can't believe it all happened so quickly and smoothly. I only reported the chip a couple of days ago and a convenient appointment was made for today. I was given a morning time and then a two hour slot and then an exact time. Quite staggering! I have been able to plan my time accordingly. I made a cup of coffee when the technician arrived. I was still drinking it when he left! It was a bit lukewarm by then, but still, you must agree, very quick work. This work was covered by my insurance, but I would not hesitate to use this company again if I had a similar problem which was not covered and I would definitely recommend it to a friend.

I phoned about the broken windscreen at3 pm. I could not believe it was fixed by 6pm. The person fixing the car was extremely pleasant and he cleaned all the broken glass for me. I was extremely impressed. Lesley lynch cj

My only criticism would be length of time to get a booking. There wasn't one within a week of calling which because of holidays ended up being over 3 weeks. The technician was very good in communicating his time of arrival and the standard of workmanship was very high. I have use Autoglass before and they were poor, you were much better.

Wayne from Cheshire came and did the windscreen on my Toyota corolla and saved me having the windscreen being replaced . He was very friendly, chatty and helpful in delivering a pleasant experience. Auto Windscreens is not a company you expect to be contacting - because you're not expecting a piece of stone to leap up and make a hole in your car windscreen! But it happened to me a few days ago - and when I contacted my car insurers (M&S) I was put on to the company: I found Auto Windscreens to be friendly and helpful in explaining what they could do for me and what it might cost. I was given an appointment date that was convenient and their technician duly called and turned up on the day in question. He was very pleasant and made me feel relaxed about the choices on offer. I went for repair (only) which was all that was needed; this produced a very good finish - I couldn't immediately see the original impact area - and it turned out to cost me nothing. No pain - all gain!

Scott from your Leeds operation arrived on time, following his telephone call to let me know that he was on his way to my home. He worked methodically for some 45 minutes, to rectify the chip on the windscreen of my almost new for Kuga and it was a change to see a craftsman at work. Scott was very nice in his approach to me and I consider that you are very fortunate to such a dedicated man on your staff. I would most definitely recommend Scott to any of your clients.
