“After waiting 3 weeks for a new screen it finally turned up the wrong screen I said a heated screen for a ford mondeo they turn up with a screen for some thing completely different complained was told they would do it a week later again the wrong screen told they would replace it ten days later f... That I got a screen off smile windscreens instead the next day and it was the right screen I won't ever use these t...,,, s again that's for sure there customer service is crap”

“Waited four weeks for a mondeo screen, took a day off work told call centre mondeo DOES NOT have rain sensitive wipers, they turn up....,with wrong screen and now have to wait another four weeks for a screen when mine has a dirty great crack right across it, just contacted insurance company to complain what a joke eight weeks for a ford mondeo screen ????????????????”

“Technician turned up within quoted time slot. He was really polite and professional. Windscreen supplied was exact replacement regarding original spec and was fitted within an hour. So nice to be driving without damaged windscreen. Good service ????”

“Two days and over 12 calls and still nothing!? Was told people were calling my number but had no calls and no VM, said they called my office wish can not be true as we only have a small team and they pass every message to me. How many times do I have to call this company to come and fix a windscreen. That is all they do??? I have had to use them due to insurance excess, but wish i didn't have to... losing will to live. :(”

“THE FITTER WAS ON TIME, PHONED TO SAY HE HAD ARRIVED. WORKED TO A VERY GOOD STANDARD. POLITE TOLD ME WHAT WOULD BE DONE. GAVE ADVICE AT THE END OF THE JOB. 1ST CLASS.”

“When I phoned to report a crack on my windscreen and arrange a replacement, the man on the phone was efficient and booked me in for a repair. However, it was for 10 days ahead. I felt this was too long, but he just said that was the first available slot. He didn't give any other options. I decided to see if another provider could do it faster. In driving to the industrial estate I spotted Auto Windscreens. So I called in and asked if there was a possibility of fixing my windscreen more quickly. The very helpful man booked me in for three days later - but at the industrial estate. He was also very reassuring and explained that the windscreen wouldn't shatter or fall out, as I was nervous of driving with a big crack on it! So I had to take my car to him to be fixed, but it was done quickly, efficiently, and without any problems at all. I had somewhere to wait and I was even offered a coffee. I would have put a very good rating if the operator had been able to offer me the option of taking my car into the centre, as the technician was very good!”

“Inefficient,incompetent,unrelaible;need I say more? First attempt at repairing small crack led to crack trebled in size. Complained and arrangements made to replace windscreen. Date and time set. Time should have been between 900-1300 hrs. Techician telephoned in morning to say that he would be here around 1500 hrs. Had to re-arrange day. He arrived and replaced windscreen. Took car out 2 days later. Horrified to discover that trim around windscreen hed become detached. Telephoned Auto Windscreens aho said that they would rectify this the next day between 900-1300 hrs. They simply never turned up. Tried to contact them be telephone but unsuccessful. Avoid this company at all costs!”

“the engineer came exactly when he said he would , which in my experience is unusual, the job was carried out to a very high standard and i have no problem in giving 5 stars. overall a very pleasant experience, well done!”

“Very good efficient job done by Ben Longbottom job 1816518, only problem was we were told it would be after 2.30pm as my husband does'nt finish work until 2.pm, which they changed to earlier which resulted in my husband having to leave work at 1pm losing an hours pay.”

“Very professional service. Was kept informed of when, time etc... re. changing my windscreen. The person who carried out the work was very friendly and helpful. Was really informative to watch the work being done. Interesting to find out about the'' traceability'' of products used.”
