“After getting wrong size bulbs sent, I contacted customer service using on line contact form they were very quick to respond and find correct bulb for my car. Just waiting for replacements to turn up. Great service.”

“Excellent service! I noticed I had made a delivery address error and ABD ensured that my order arrived safely at the desired address. I simply can't fault the service. I am unable to review the product as I bought the wrong item, doh!”

“Very good service, I ordered a front wiper blade using the registration number system to identify which size and type was required but unfortunately it was the wrong size. I contacted Auto bulbs who immediately gave me a free post address to return the product and promptly sent out the correct replacement.”

“I have ordered from Autobulbs Direct a couple of times now and have always been very happy with the speed at which the items have been dispatched. I have had to contact Autobulbs once as the bulbs ordered did not fit my vehicle and was told to simply return them for a full refund. And I simply love that I always seem to get a little pack of Haribos with my order. Such a sweet touch. Last time I opened my pack and got the bulbs and I was disappointed for a second as thought...'No Haribos?' and then I looked in the envelope and there they were! Thank you...its has always been a pleasure to do business with you. Cecelia Brunott”
