“If I could rate lower, I would. Terrible customer service. They waited over 2 weeks before even thinking of sending my parts, all the while they didn't say a peep, I had to send 3 emails to ask where my items were.
I understand that things take time and sometimes they don't go right, I'm in the Motor Industry aswell, but at the very least you could have communicated that there may have been a delay or similiar, not just leave the customer out of the loop. Had I not asked where my parts were, they could still be sitting on a shelf collecting dust.
This is completely unacceptable.”
“I bought a fan belt on 4th of April and I thought I would receive it within a few days. Today is 21st of April and after more than 2 weeks, the item, still is in Melbourne, at the Post office warehouse.

“Really unhappy with purchase. Slow shipping, pinion nut is not compatible - smaller, outer pinion bearing is not there same- different part code, also sent out without forma-seal as per sale description. Contacted by phone 3 times without answer. Very unhappy won't recommend.”

I bought a two pin indicator flasher recommended from your website for that model of vehicle, thinking it would be better than the original unit still in the vehicle. Your 2 pin flasher unit did not work, so I would like to return the indicator flasher I purchase from your website for a refund, as now I think I will just stay with the original unit.”
