Contacted Autolink on 03/03/22 and were told we have to wait until Aussie Post have carried out their procedures after 17/03/22. And only then can we get any satisfaction. Meanwhile we have repairs to do on our car which cannot happen. VERY unhappy with the lack of service.”

so i pushed the button again then it came through so i ended up with 2 being ordered
i emailed back straight away asking for a refund. I havent heard a thing and

“Lack lustre processing compounded by public holidays led to a long long delay, I ordered before Christmas... paid with Paypal so they got notification of quick payment before Christmas... I still dont have the item on the 11th Jan and its still not even in the state. It was not actually collected by Aus Post until Jan. Most places were open 29th 30th and 31st Dec and Autolink marked it as sent on 31st, but it wasnt collected until the New Year. A day earlier would have made a huge difference. Like I said, it started with their long processing delay.
Now they ask me to review them ....lol. Ah well. Its no way to run an auto parts supply, there is typically some degree of urgency with most vehicle repairs. Id get that processing time way way down.”
