Ordered a relay off them via Trademe on 15th January. Recieved an email on 18th January saying they had despatched the order with a tracking number, but no carrier identification. Emailed them on February 6th saying I had not recieved the item and could they please let me know what was happening. As of 15th February I have recieved no answer to my email, nor has the part arrived. I have placed a dispute request with Trademe.

Would love to write a review of my parts, but 6 weeks on, I still don't have them.... Maybe you need to find another Postage partner, because Australia Post is a complete joke.

After 5 weeks of numerous emails and not very much communication on your part and excuses after excuses I finally had to open a dispute through Trade me to get a refund. Absolutely very poor Never again

I order prior to Xmas and have not received my items (lost for over 20 days) for urgent car repairs. Reached out to both the supplier and Aust Post, Aust post claimed while the item details had been lodged they had not received the parcel to process. Autolink on the other hand did not seem to care at all. I’ll never buy parts from Autolink again.

Everything went wrong, they are scammers taking money get nothing.Once paid referred to shipping company they rip you off for so called insurance then taxes never ending costs ,. Whe challenged they drop you like a rock and online logistics is the same. Fake company.Don’t buy anything you get nothing Total Scammers

I feel ripped off and scammed. I’ve been sent an empty package and when enquired about it was essentially told it’s not your problem and to contact the post office… Who was equally unhelpful.

Yeh you’ve lost my fuel pump and I’m yet to hear back from you guys on the where abouts of it. I purchased it on the 25th of November.. it’s now the 25th of December and still no word on where it is.. as you can imagine I’m really not stoked! 🤨

Waited for 2weeks no record of package been posted then cancelled order only to wait another 3 weeks for a refund poor communication wouldn’t recommend to naybody

It's been a month and I still don't have the item I purchased!! Trying to be patient, but am hardly getting any communication as to what's happening?? Looking like I have been ripped off $388. Got a email saying australian post has it, I don't have it, so there is still a problem.
