“Extremely poor delivery service, compared to two other suppliers whose parts I ordered at the same time and had received nearly a week ago. In fact the latest delivery advice suggests if not received by 23 January to make contact - hopeless!
Can't yet make any comment on the parts themselves as obviously these are not yet received”
“I own the issue of selecting a product the manufacturer recommended as working for my car (not Autolink as they indicated for another vehicle). That is on me, not on Autolink.
The resultant response to my request from Autolink for me to contact the manufacturer was reasonable and accepted.
What was disappointing was the tone of the subsequent reply when I asked for assistance/direction contact details (as this is not clear to me and still isn't) in making contact with the said manufacturer. On that basis, I will decline to use the Autoline platform again.”
“My 1st parcel come in 6 days, was meant to sign for it but was left in my letterbox while I was home, my 2nd parcel was despatch on the 16th of May an today the 31st Mayhaven't arrived at my address. It arrived in NZ on the 24th May an still coming. Not very good service at all. I am talking about the timing chain been the 2nd parcel.”
