“Product and pricing fine, but I ordered and paid for a "pair" of front wheel brake cylinders being 1 left and 1 right only to recieve 2 x left hand units. As they were posted to NZ it is a problem”
“Used 3 of these in 18 months quality is not the best original was stronger in the shaft current ones eventually catch as the plunger goes in and out
One came apart and one I wrecked the thread I had to put in and out so often to get the right length setting

“Well, I ordered the part on the 5th of October and still nothing. 2 Welch Plugs. Hopefully it will arrive soon. No communication and still no tracking data even though it says dispatched.”
“Once they got their act together, it was fine. At first they said the product would ship/ fly that day(Monday); I needed it by Thursday and it was possible but not guaranteed. I immediately ordered online, would not take order over the phone. It did not ship. I called the next day; was told ordered too late, would go that day. Still did not. I called DHL and was told that No Pickup had been ordered. They where closed on Wednesday! Called again Thursday and told DHL did not showup(!!!!!), assured it would go that day. It did ship/fly that night and DHL delivered it Thursday PM hitch was too late! Yea DHL, Nea Autolink!”
