Misleading with delivery date, and given wrong delivery date!!! Booked my mechanic and had to cancel and waiting for delivery to rebook!!!’

Didnt reciece the sub they sent a amp an said it arrived.lie assholes didnt send the sub withtheamp / the deliery drivery said the sub was in truck behind him an then he took off he looked like something shady was goin on .

Item was listed in stock however took nearly two weeks to arrive. Item arrived damaged, tried to call store several times and no one ever answers. One spark plug had totally come out of packaging

I am utterly dismayed and disheartened by the abysmal customer service experience I have encountered when attempting to reach your company. I recently purchased some parts from your website and, unfortunately, needed to confirm whether these were the right fit for my vehicle. I made multiple attempts to contact your customer service line but was met with nothing but frustration and disappointment. Upon calling your number, I was left on hold for an unacceptable amount of time, with no one bothering to attend to my call. The lack of any response and the extended waiting period clearly demonstrate a severe disregard for customer satisfaction and basic decency. As a consumer who entrusted your business with my hard-earned money, I expected a certain level of professionalism and courtesy. However, the blatant disregard for customer inquiries and the disregard for their time is simply inexcusable. It is evident that your company places little to no importance on customer care and satisfaction. This experience has not only tarnished my perception of your brand but has also left me with a bitter taste in my mouth. I sincerely hope that you take immediate action to rectify these grievous shortcomings and prioritize customer service as an integral aspect of your business operations. Rest assured, I will be sharing my unpleasant experience with others to ensure that they are aware of the lack of commitment your company demonstrates towards its patrons. This level of negligence and disrespect is not something that should be tolerated in any industry, and I expect swift and substantial improvements to prevent such occurrences in the future

If you need your spare parts, shop elsewhere because these guys claim 1-3 dispatch time but it's six days now and I believe they don't even have the items in stock!

Click and Collect takes 1 week to be ready. while all other stores do it within few hours.

very bad from shipping, to support to service to item. I will be coming in on n wednesday for an exchange or a refund. Very disappointed that i waited so long for my order just for it to come missing a key piece. Let alone my item being second hand when i paid full price. That’s unfair and unjust to me.

Automotive superstore's use my vehicle parts selector completely flawed. Incorrect wipers sent twice. One would assume by using "Parts to fit My Vehicle", one would receive Correct parts. Alas upon receiving package I opened the blister pack to fit to my vehicle, to realise wipers were unsuitable for hook type wiper arm fitment. Despite Automotive Superstore's Parts selector's assurance they were specifically designed for hook type application. Save your money and time. I will be shopping elsewhere.

The brake parts I bought were wrong listed by Automotive Superstore as to fit my car (5 hole brake discs never fit 6 stud wheel hubs) it took 3 weeks to get parts in the first place and then about 5 weeks to get about 10 % less back and on top off it I had to pay $41 return freight . I had to remind AS again and again otherwise I wouldn't have any money back yet. AS staff was reasonable to deal with I certainly want to buy anything again from AS

I'm not reviewing the part. I'm reviewing the service. Considering I paid for Premium shipping-Auspost, this order was placed outside the Dispatch & Handling Time. This then took the shipping time to deliver. Why does it take 4 days to dispatch when the parts are in store?

Never again. Waited one month. Canceled the order. 2 days later get a message from the support team that has been sent on that day and return is possible but I will have to pay a restocking fee. Going to fly to Sydney from Perth to give the part back.
