“Horrible and most of these reviews are fake. Check out better websites for reviews. They cancelled my whole policy over an honest mistake forgetting to declare a 3 and half year old speeding ticket. Most firms just charge an extra £40 ...but these guys ramped up the premium to 50% extra. Then because I accidentally checked a box as 'married' for my common-law-partner they just offered me a new policy cancelling my old one with a much higher figure.”

“Not very easy to complete my insurance. When I had to ring through with a code to finalise my application. I had to ring 4 times as when I was put on hold no one came back to me and then the line just went dead! Eventually managed to sort things out after 3 hours and documents were sent by email within a couple of days.”

“This is one of the most unprofessional money grabbing organisations I have had the misfortune to deal with. Instead of picking up the telephone to say they couldn't open documents they required they sent a bullying and threatening letter which was received with less than 9 hours to deal with. They quoted my wife a figure for resolution then increased it the next day without notifying her. Instead of working with my wife and I they put obstacle upon obstacle to NOT allow her to have an insurance policy. Their standard letters are nothing but intimidating. Customer Service ... Well let's be fair they don't have a clue! We had a quicker response to provide information within minutes of dealing with 2 other insurance companies. In reality I would prefer to offer a negative score ...”
