“Having changed Cars a number of times this year I have had to contact the call centre a number of times, every time the staff have been very knowledgeable and friendly. On my last occasion changing vehicle details in made no sense to commit to Autonet as they couldn't get me a competitive quote, I decided to cancel the policy and look for an alternative, but wait Autonet had another option and after some negotiating managed to come up with a new policy which was as competitive as any comparison site, if I had any criticism it would be having to pay admin charges every time I changed my vehicle, but this is becoming common practise with most insurance companies these days. Overall 9 out of 10 Autonet well done.”

“I have used auto net insurance in the past and have found them to be very helpful . It has a easy to use website which is a convinent , if like myself , you don't have the time for a phone call during business hours . The quotations are very competitive and over all the process was a pleasant one .”

“Very knowledgeable call handlers & customer services, easy to speak to, ask questions, explained car cover simply. Documents sent promptly & also dealt with my no claims proof on my behalf from previous insurer. Top notch cover for a lot less money; I would recommend Autonet to anyone, very polite, hassle free - easy! Thank you very much indeed.”
