“Looked at a number of insurers at renewal. This was not the cheapest but with a good excess level, good cover and good reviews on the internet, I decided to place my cover here which was a simple process.”

“New company found for me when the renewal date came around. Better value and slightly cheaper, without loosing any of the previous benefits. All documentation sent promptly and securely. I really feel that my custom is valued by Autonet Insurance.”

“What they don't tell you is that there a broker so a large percentage of what you pay is there brokerage fee! They also include extras you don't necessarily require/want! And as for advice i'm not sure the advice they gave me was/is correct! So will not be using them again.”

These were purchased when the policy was set up in 2013 and you have renewed each year with Autonet since then. “The form filling online was quite straightforward though in common with other companies offering van insurance there were insufficient choices of employment details so it was difficult to be precise in answering this question . The selections were limited & there was no place to enter the details oneself it had to be preselected from the lists. I think online forms should tell you immediately if you have entered the wrong thing like a date or description instead of taking you back to the beginning then you have to search for the error throughout the form .This is quite time consuming . Otherwise all my dealings so far with autonet have been very good especially the speed at which documents I sent in were processed & the speed of sending me my documents .”

“Quick and easy, friendly enough. Very reasonable price too. Only fault is they got my title wrong as Ms instead of Mrs, but so did mr last insurers!”

“Takes ages to get through on telephone & when you do there are that many options it's ridiculous. The sales agent said they would post me the insurance documents but they never arrived. Will probably look elsewhere for insurance next time.”

“Disgraceful company. Asked for price to put my son on my private use transit van insurance. I was told in no uncertain terms that I was fronting for my son even though I explained he uses a company vehicle monday to Friday and I use the van everyday as my main vehicle. My son would only use the van on a weekend to to to his rugby matches”

Hi Dave, Thank you very much for your comments and taking the time to bring this to our attention. We place a great deal of importance on customer feedback and take your comments seriously. We are looking into what happened here and will be sure to pass feedback on to the relevant agents where necessary and address any training needs. In terms of the insurance, when we have looked into this, your existing insurer would not have been able to add your son on to his policy due to his occupation as this was showing as unacceptable on their terms. Autonet are an insurance broker and work with various insurers. I can see that the policy is now cancelled, but if you would like us to look at any alternative quotations with other insurers, please let us know.
