“The quote was very affordable, and the best thing was that the monthly payments were interest free, which in turn, give me the opportunity to spread my payments at an affordable low monthly payments. It was very easy to buy on the internet. Many thanks.”

“I used to just Stay with the same house insurer year after year.But for the last few years I've" started to "shop about" for a better deal. This year I used an internet site for the first time,I chose autonet insurance,who gave me the cover I wanted at a fair price.”

“The price was excellent. Communications (by email and SMS) were also good. Email and SMS seem to be their preferred methods, which was OK by me. The only down side was they kept asking for proof of No Claims Bonus even after I had sent it and rung up to confirm they had got it. This was worrying as they said that without this proof they could not insure me, and this was with 4 days to go before my old insurance expired. The left hand caught up with the right hand eventually and all was OK before the expiry date. askMID.com confirmed I was still insured after the expiry date (a very reassuring web site).”

“Cheap prices reflect a cheap service. Impossible to get through on the phone as the number given isn't in service , web chat took forever and not helpful. Appalling”

“Once the decision was made to go with Autonet's quote every thing went smoothly apart from having to ring them regarding a query on my bank card, which cost me over £1 on a 03 number, these calls should be free!!!”

“I have used Autonet for the last few years when becoming considerably frustrated with the 'OTHER' online insurers. The service levels are high and the prices aren't that much more than the others. Will definitely continue to use moving forwards. Dean W”
