I was quite annoyed when I was asked to submit my protected no claims bonus within 7 days of the commencement of my car insurance - yet I had already paid the full 12 months insurance. I did not have the documents to hand and had to request from my insurers - this put me under pressure! - i wasn't happy about that. It took longer than a week to get evidence of my protected no claims.

Ask them to phone you back as the phone call will cost you dear. They ask all your details then pass you to someone else who will ask all the same questions again and so taking double the time. I don't feel i was given the best offer.

Gone have the days of the loyalty customer. I insure a motorbike and don't have to do a tap. No emails no paperwork. They quote me every year which is the same or reduced every year which is the old way of doing things. Hassle free. Car insurers these days add on after the year has passed its not reduced so it's an online shop every 12 months. If you make a mod policy change you get hammered they think they have you by the balls, the truth is they have and you get screwed. It's just happened to me with you and I know how it works. If you value my custom so much why has it gone up by 13£ a month. Never mind areas or any bullshit reason for putting it up. Customer loyalty like my bike insurance, reduced and I never had to do a tap. Don't get with the times, get with the past customer services where polices were reduced every year not inflated. Rant rant rant. I speak the truth from experience I was used cos of a change in my circumstances and payed 13 £ a month over the odds for the privilege. We'll see in 12 months time what offer you propose. Another catches customer of the system. Bye and thank you for raising my policy cos I changed address. I got conned which I knew I would cos that's how you insurance company's work. Rant over and out of pocket.

When you moved address, I can see that your premium increased due to the new post code. One of the key risk factors for insurers is the post code and premiums are based on previous experience in the same area. We do always check to get the best price we can for our customers. will not be using you again , admin charges rediculous ,having paid in full you wanted more money off me to cancell policy after a mounth . will not be recomending you

Asked for my brother in law to be added to my insurance it cost £53 but did not receive cover note on line or letter but you were quick to take money from my account

They auto renewed my policy and was what i wanted and chsrged me to cancel with them even though i had only justcreceived the new policy 3 dsys cover

i phoned the company and informed them that the vehicle had broken down 1 week after paying deposit ,and after gatting quotes was going to cost around £1500 to repair .i informed them that i was going to scrap it so did not want the insurance no more .i scrapped the car and did not here from them no more ,then i got informed from my bank that they had been taking money from my account even though the car was scrapped and has been for over 9 months .and they are still trying to get more money of me even now .Iam thinking of and been advised ro get in touch with trading standards and get themto sort it out ,as i,m not very pleased about it .

Did not meet my expectations. During the time I have had my policy service has been lacking. Customer information verbally has been incorrect and I had cause to complain. I would not recommend to anyone.
