“As an older driver and having driven my late wife's Motability car for the past 15 years or so, with the car insurance in her name, I had problems with 'no claims bonus'. Autonet were very go0d and sorted out this problem in no time at all. Very pleased with the service that I received.”

“Purchased car insurance via Go Compare. Still waiting the details via email. I have rang Natwest and I am wanting a refund. The policy is not due to start for another week, so I am well within my rights to get a full refund - NO DEDUCTIONS! Natwest's Dispute Resolution Team are also getting involved just to make sure Autonet don't try and pull a 'fast one'!”

If a policy is set up, but not yet started, there is a £25 administration charge to cancel the policy. This charge is made to cover the costs incurred to Autonet when arranging the policy. “The whole process from start to finish was very easy. The staff were friendly, polite and explained everything clearly. Documentation was received quickly and was straightforward. There was only one thing that could have been better. It was only towards the end of the conversation, when everything had been agreed and was being confirmed to me, that I was told the first two payments would be taken out within a very short space of time (the deposit and the first payment less than 2 weeks later. Whilst this was not a problem to me, I would have expected it to have gone out the following month. It may be a problem for some people to pay 2 payments in the same month, and therefore maybe should have been mentioned earlier in the conversation. Only a very small thing though. The whole process was completely easy and painless!”
