Car was delivered next day after I had a shunt in my own car,nice and clean ,a new Vauxhall corsa good wee car to get me around and pick up was smooth the delivery guys were very nice ,what you would expect from a hire car .

Car was arranged a week ago for Wednesday (tomorrow). It was due to be delivered to me. I heard nothing so on Tuesday afternoon (just now) I phoned them. I was told that there was now no availability and I could not have car until Thursday. No notice was given and no contact made to me by them. I asked to speak to a manager but "no one was available". Someone "should contact me within 72 hours". I am due to fly out of the country and now have no way to get a car in time to take me and colleagues to the airport. (will have to pay for expensive taxis) Appalling company with no thought or concern for customers and does not honour bookings

It's first accident over 12years of driving a car when someone come into my lane and hit my car. At the bigging they were nice got a replacement car. After almost 1 month, my car still not completed and I was asked to collect my car from the garage. Apparently there is part missing but you have to bring the car back then. You call their customer service they tell you this shouldn't happen and we will extend the hired car, another department calls you and tells you we need the car. They don't know what is in their system or they don't bother to read before they call you. They extended and cancelled the hired car 3 times in one day. They have no value in their customers and their time. They say you get a call back and they never call you back. Some of their customer service personnel are actually good but what is the point when the rest 90% are actually no help whatsoever. Some of their customer service personnel don't even know their job description by telling you they can't help you if you have a problem with the garage when they are one who told you to take your car to that specific garage. MY whole experience was a NIGHTMARE

Got a car from Auxillis whilst mine was being fixed after someone reversed into me. I don’t mind too much getting a car that’s not like for like but the car didn’t even have sat nav and it ABSOLUTELY STINKS of cigarettes, which is disgusting. I have sanitised it twice and it’s no better. There’s also a constant warning on the dash that says it’s poor tyre pressure, but they’re all good. I called them and I would have had a better response from a wall. Terrible company, and I have complained to my insurance company, because I object strongly to paying a premium to receive such terrible service. What a disgrace.

3 days of endless phone calls to try and get my hire van and still has not arrived endless amount of lies no call backs local branch don't answer there phone still waiting for a call back from yesterday when they said will be with in the hour been promised a van for the last 3 days and still nothing and sitting here losing money as unable to work would definitely not recommend

From start to finish, Auxillis were in constant communication with me. They were never bothered by any small questions I had. They were professional and a pleasure to deal with at quite a traumatic time.

The customer service team kept me informed all the way through the period of hire. the delivery and subsequent return were handled efficiently, although the hire car took a bit of getting used to, not driven a hybrid before.

The whole process was stress free and seamless auxillis even catered for my needs, regarding mobility issues with a large car, being 6'5 small cars are no good to me
