“They arranged car hire whisky my car was being repaired after an accident. Paperwork quick to go through over the telephone. Confirmed by email and updates to let me know when vehicle was to be delivered. They were helpful when garage changed repair date and nothing was too much trouble. Definitely recommend.”

“My own vehicle was involved in a accident. I was quickly contacted by Auxillis after reporting it to my insurance company. The process was simple and the lady I spoke to was genuine and helpful. I received a car the same day and again the delivery driver was genuine and helpful. This was repeated at the end of the hire. Excellent.”

“Very efficient and quick to get my car collected and a courtesy vehicle delivered. However the vehicle they have sent is not a like for like vehicle and does not work for me, despite me explaining my specific needs as I work for myself, on the first phone call. I have spent several hours trying to phone someone to help, I've spoken to endless different people and noone is helping Only use them if you don't care what car you get and don't want to ask questions”

“After repo4ting an accident ( not my fault!) my insurance Co. contcted Auxillis. In less than 24 hours an immaculate courtesy car was delivered by a friendly driver and collected once my claim was settled. Would highly recommend them.”

“Auxillis responded quickly and discussed my needs to ensure that I received a suitable car. I received regular updates and delivery arranged to my home address. Staff were friendly and helpful. The car was perfect. When I wanted to return the car one phone call and arrangement made to collect from home address. They were easy to contact by phone and email was answered promptly”
