Auxillis from start to finish had everything in hand releasing me of any hassle to the repair of my vehicle. Friendly staff kept me informed at every stage of repair, the courtesy car was top notch I have no qualms at all of recommending Auxillis.

The service I received from Auxillis was excellent. Great communications, friendly staff & they dropped off the car & picked it up again from an alternative address without any fuss & at the exact time I asked for. Lovely car with plenty of space for my grandchildren's car seats Thank you

Extremely pleased with the way they dealt with my claim. Staff were friendly, polite and explained the process from start to finish. Made being involved in an accident a little less stressful. Would definitely recommend.

Would not recommend, After an accident and my insurance arranging a courtesy car from Auxillis i was promised a like for like car. After being informed a morning drop off i took the day off work (lost out as self employed) to wait in. Eventually they turned up at 16:00 after myself phoning them asking when it will be delivered. On delivery i was informed the car has developed a fault and i would have to wait until tomorrow to arrange another car or i can take the car they were going to use to go back to base in. A rubbish Vauxhall Mokka. After emailing a complaint i had no reply but it didn't end there. I received a letter and a email 2 months later informing me the car i had has had a parking fine at my local hospita through a third party company called Parking Eye. I am registered disabled and have a blue badge and park in disabled spaces so i knew this was an error of parking eye. Auxillis wanted £60 for a laughable admin fee (expensive ink and paper i guess). I refused to pay until i had my appeal heard online. Well they threatened me with legal action so i paid. I emailed them after all this was done but got a letter back saying "based on the evidence we have to date we are unable to uphold your complaint and the administration fee still stands. AVOID THIS COMPANY, Would not recommend,, use alternative companies.

I was extremely pleased with how fast and efficient my claim was dealt with. All staff I spoke to were polite, reassuring and could answer my questions no matter how trivial they seemed. Collecting and return of my own car was prompt as was the courtesy car. The work carried out was if a high standard. I would hesitate in recommending this company to anyone.

Auxillis were excellent throughout a difficult time for me. Everyone was friendly and helpful and the vehicle I received was amazing. I would definitely recommend this service to friends and family.

We had an excellent service as we had our hire car for almost four weeks. The vehicle was delivered and collected on time and we were regularly kept up to date.

Bad customer service. Told I need to draw a sketch of the incident despite having photos, then told I don't need to and now two weeks later (after chasing my chq twice in between) I'm told I do need to do a sketch and staff rather rude about me not doing it sooner too....and then one final change of mind and they have now accepted photographs. I don't know what they've been doing for the last two weeks, but it hasn't been trying to resolve my claim efficiently that's for sure.

Brilliant service from the get go! Sorted every bit of my claim for me and sorted the courtesy car out for me for however long I needed it. Should I ever be in this situation again, I will defo be using them.

The employee that came out to unblock my soil pipe was progressional and hard working. He was outside in the rain for 3 hours attempting to clear the blockage which another company had failed to do the week before. I now have a working toilet thanks to the gentleman from Auxillis. Highly recommended. Thank you
