Car hire weren't even aware I needed a car. Couldn't get to work after mine was picked up for repair. I was then told they needed way more information than I had already provided to even book it in

I feel sorry for the gentleman who lost his tools in his Hire Van, AUXILIS is a "CHC" Credit Hire Company who Supply their own Hire Vehicles? that means the Hire Van belongs to Auxillis ? Therefore Auxillis is Responsible for the Van and the Loss of your Tools At their own Premises. Otherwise if it was in your old van and some 9ne came to collect it for "Further Inspection" and your asked to leave the logbook and both sets of Keys in the van so it can be collected, its already been "Writtern off" and its going for salvage, usualy the salvage company is "COPART" a US based company across the UK who Collect and Auction off Auto Salvage. The insurence company makes a descission your vehicle is writtern off Even before the damage is assessed, purely by your pictures and secondhand Trade Value. The Advise is, your Vehicle remains your Property and no one can take it away from you untill you and the Insurence company have agreed a Value for a settlement. Like wise if your vehicle is not drivable and they take it away because you cannot store the vehicle and its gone for Further Assesment ? If you haven't handed over your Logbook and both sets of Keys, you can claim Theft of your vehicle if they say "WE DONT KNOW WHERE YOUR VEHIVCLE IS" ? trouble is its your word against theirs about your tools in the back of the Van ? Some one has taken and potentialy stolen the Tools out the back of the Van? And if Auxillis own and Hire the Van out then its Auxillis Staff who Removed your tools, so Auxillis is Reponsible for your tools, more seriously Who ever removed the tools and STOLE THEM? should be sacked by Auxillis? Your tools should have been put in storage with due care to respect your property and return it to its owner, clearly you didn't hire the Tools from Auxillis ,only the Van, thats obvious to all Parties Involved. If you have a hire van you should empty tools out, or Take a Picture on your mobile with the date? And showing the vehicle registration plate? On a daily basis so you can prove on a sertain day your tools were in the vehicle, and it shows an idea of what tools they were. This Periodical cancellation of Hire is what kept happening to me, there appears not communication and tally up between my ongoing vehicle need and my Writtern off Vehicle and ongoing claim.

Just a comment of Charging Admin fees on your credit card withoght your knowledge. Its against the Law. Solicitors one tried to take money out of bank accounts and off Debit Cards etc, withought notifying the client during family divorce proceedings, and also House Conveyance etc. Its like Hotels etc charging your card withought your permission. Its Not Lawfull withought your consent each and every individual time. The only lawful way to take money is Via a Direct Debit, where they can Vairy the amount? If anyone takes money withought your permission, its Fraud / Theft. You have to be asked and have it Explained what the charge is first, so you can Agree or Dispute it. Imagine checking your bank account to find money went out ? And you didn't order anything from Amazon or Ebay etc? That is Theft / Fraud. So its no different to Hotels or any other businesses. Not only that the company must first send you a copy of the Speeding or Parking Fine ? Then you can Dispute it, or Agree to Pay it. Why is a "ADMIN FEE" a Speeding Fine ? Unfortunately they should charge you a "SPEEDING FINE", and make it clear if they have Paid the Fine already, or Requesting you to Pay up Front. Posably you need to check your contract agreement with them (T& C's). I suspect 8n there they Reserve the Right to charge you for Motoring offences like Speeding Fines, however it doesn't mean they have permission to Automaticaly Take it from your Bank account withought your Consent each and every time. Clearly their Own interpretation of their T & C's is the Issue.

If the other side don't pay up you end up in a Microsoft teams meeting at the County Court No cost involved but a lot of inconvenience
