“I ordered 2 mini-PCs and two screens. The order took a little longer than I expected, but that was not a big deal. It arrived in 2 packages (in the same delivery), so a little checking was required.
I have now completed the basic build of both machines. After they completed their initial startup, I ran Windows update, one got 7 updates, the other 5. The pre-installed apps on the task bar are different too. One has a shortcut for the XBox, the other doesn't. It's all rather strange. Both machines appear to be OK, and have the same spec, but one is also noticeable faster than the other.”

Delivery was a small issue but that was with the courier. They initially stated that my orde would be delivered to a local pick up point only changing that to my home address on the day. By which time I was at work.”

“This is my 2nd PC order from this company. The ordering process on the website was very simple and easy to do. My only gripe is I wish each item had the price next to it when custom building as not all items did. It meant having to add an item and see the total price difference at the top each time. Other than that the whole process was very easy to do.”

“Everything was done that was on the tin. Easy to use order interface and helpful customer service. Increased communication throughout the order process just to be updated a bit more would get the last star but maybe I’m nitpicking.
Having something to help you build your computer and suggestions for which parts would work well together could be something that would make it better but obviously not required with the advent of the internet”

“Following the process online was straightforward.
On delivery the wi fi antenna was missing, which was frustrating and I ordered some on next day delivery through Amazon rather than wait for a replacement.
A few days after installation the back cooling fan started making a clicking noise. Customer service was helpful and have sent out a replacement- which is yet to arrive one week later.
Spending this kind of money on a custom built pc I’m disappointed at these issues. I expected a smoother service than this to be honest.”
