Proper scam says £5 soon as the clown rings you goes up by x5 lovely, the customer service people are rude an pushy leave properly or valuables don't set up this, stay well clear especially this company,

Diabolical company. Home insurance, earthquake damage in 2008, they lied and denied fir 2 years, then dis some work, discovered 7 years later that the work they had done was causing even more problems than before they had done the work. Their staff told numerous deliberate lies and called me elderly and difficult because I'm not a dimwit. Twisted the story to the Ombudsman who consequently made a decision on the wrong complaint and wouldn't recant. Still lying and trying to dispute most of the repairs needed 16 years later demanded their paperwork which revealed the extent of their duplicity. They pass you on to a new employee when you have defeated all the arguments of the previous one so that you have to start all over again. Delay, delay, delay is their stock response to avoid their legal responsibilities.

Suffered post viral myelitis, destroying life as it was, and preventing all future employment,with no cure. One in a million occurrence, in fact probably one in 10 million. Not covered, they said, it isn't mentioned in the list, even though it's linked to myelitis optics, which is . Premiums a waste of money. No stars at all if that option was available.

Aviva in Woburn has many wonderful staff members. Denise Bonugli is the very BEST!! She is command central in the lobby as you enter. Always with her beautiful smile and definitely READY to help. She truly is devoted to all of Aviva’s residents!! Whenever I call, she makes it happen! Everyone coming through can really count on her experience expertise and kindness!! Thank you Denise!! 🌟🌟☺️🌟🌟🌟

Submitted a vehicle insurance claim last night. Called today to ask what I can expect for next steps. Been on the phone for 1 hour 23 minutes and I still haven't been put to the right department. I've spoken to about 6 people who all tell me they are transferring me, and then I get back to the triage team. I've listened to Lighthouse Family, Ed Sheeran and Adele more times than I'd like to whilst being on hold with them. Will never go back to them again when my policy renews.

My beautiful wife died on May 10 this year sudden death, phoned Aviva gave them death certificate and thought I would hear from them within in a decent time about the life insurance, but here I am June 19th still waiting, I had to phone them several times as they don't keep you updated and have now been told it could take another 15 days, so sick of them , wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Put a claim request in for treatment was it was rejected as they say it must be an existing condition which is funny considering it’s diagnostic surgery that has been recommended so clearly they have Drs working in their claim department as my own dr doesn’t even know what’s wrong. Asked me and my gp for information that we gave but again their extremely experienced medical team in the call centre decided it must be pre existing. They are clearly looking for loopholes to avoid paying out and I have heard about them doing this to many other people, it’s such a shame I took my insurance out as the NHS are under pressure but when I try to use it it’s rejected it’s laughable. The company is a riot and their staff are rude and lack empathy. Really regret choosing Aviva for health insurance I am now left with the option of waiting up to 2 years for the NHS or paying privately. You’re a joke.

Car insurance was cancelled today for not declaring my modified black alloys. The black alloys that came with the car, that are on countless other VW Golf’s, but as I didn’t declare what I didn’t know were modified my policy is cancelled instantly. No phone call. No explanation, or chance to explain. Just cancelled. How can you declare what you don’t know about. You would think some simple understanding would have been better followed by a “your premium will be x for these mods”. I will not be insuring with them again or recommending to anyone.

absolutely disgraceful and nightmare to deal with! I am a non customer and have had an accident which was not my fault. the issue has been ongoing for 8 weeks. They are the underwriter of the Halifax insurance no way I can get through them . last two weeks I have been trying to call them every time I wait an hour or two on the phone and the line cut off . I have had nothing but stress and unpleasant experience from the third party team. All providing contradicting information and making excuses to pay out. This has caused a great deal of stress and inconvenience. Disgusting company to work for . AVOID this company at any cost

I am writing to express my frustration and dissatisfaction with the handling of my car insurance claim and the significant increase in my premium. A year ago, my car was hit by a drunk driver who did not have a license. Despite the accident being entirely the other driver's fault, I have been paying almost £300 per month in premiums. Over the past year, Aviva has been unable to obtain the necessary details from the other driver to pursue them and reimburse my excess. As my policy is now up for renewal, I was shocked to see the proposed annual premium of £4399.67. This is an unreasonable increase, especially given that I have already been paying a substantial amount for an accident that was not my fault. I expected better from a company that I have trusted with my car insurance for some time now.

I got a quote for car insurance from a comparison website and Aviva was the cheapest so I was happy to go with the Aviva quote, logged onto website got to the end to pay and it sorry you will need to contact our policy investigation unit, don't know why. I've been trying to contact them all day, with no success.

For over 15 years l have had both personal & business insurance literally spending thousands annually with Aviva and until recently l could not fault them but just recently it has become clear that something is clearly wrong with this organisation waiting on quotes via our broker takes days were before it took just hours l could go on and on so after years of building a good relationship in a very short period they have destroyed this and l will be moving all my business else where.

I have motor insurance with Aviva and faced an accident. The total expierence was nothing less than horrifying. I was stranded near the car for more than 5 hrs before the towing truck came. I kept calling the partner number which Aviva provided me and frankly speaking they were much of lairs who kept me telling the truck will be arriving in 10 min which eventually took 1 hr extra. Calling Aviva customer care is more hectic can calling NHS appointment. Such a poor service. Stay away from this company,
