“A pretty rough experience through and through
Ordered almost 3k in apparel to test out and find another printer within merchandise for our business. We had use a local printer with a bit higher cost per shirt and design previously.
Placed the order and received an email a couple days later that the website had an error and we owed more money.
We paid the extra money and even placed a separate order for stickers.
The order that was placed later (stickers) ended up shipping in about 2 1/2 wks (which we usually get from sticker mule in a wk). Quality and turn out on those stickers were good.
The shirt order I can understand in having a a bit more lead time but when I was told 3 wks into the process and have being charged full cost up front that my graphics had to be re-done. 3 wks in . At this point my tolerance wore kinda thin and I requested a refund. I was met with a “ 20% restocking fee that would be deducted from my refund.” All and all I’m taking that hit on revenue of the merchandise because of this poor service and lack of communication. It’s pretty frustrating to try another company within hopes of finding a better turnout and then met with obstacle after obstacle and a tough luck attitude.
Note: I have still yet to see a refund or even communication of a refund/ receipt 4 wks into this”
“Awful and poor customer service with late passive aggressive responses. Endless technical gear issues which leads to many and many unfulfilled orders. Also, the quality of prints, cards and stickers just sucks. Do not recommend to anyone this company. Take your business and money elsewhere and you wont regret.”
“horrible customer service. I got an email saying they are in the process of hiring a new manager reason why USA lines arent available right now. AwesomeMerch is a joke. Never receive my items and they are refusing to provide a refund.
Do not purchase from this company. if you have an issue with your order good luck. if your order is great, awesome but to reach out for any assistance ..... you wont find any and you wont see your money”
“AVOID this company!!!! The worst customer service I’ve ever received. Had an issue with my 10 art prints that I paid for online. When they arrived which was ages after purchase I received 11, and 9 were scratched/damaged. I sent over photo evidence the day I received them that 9 were damaged. They then asked for video evidence in addition (red flag but ok). Sent over the video the day after - I requested a full refund for this because I didn’t want a reprint after seeing the quality. They told me they had actioned a re-print despite my request for a refund (which I never received). I had to finally ring them and tell them I’ve declined the reprint a few times and want a full refund or a partial refund for 9/10 which then went to management and management said I can only receive a partial refund for 8/10 as I received a freebie (which they WONT let me return even though I did not pay for it or want it?) so this will financially impact my return & this will only be sent over to me once I receive photo evidence of the damaged prints ripped in half all next to one another. This is insanity! They will refuse to give you your full money back even though you are legally entitled to it if the product is faulty within 30 days. I would never recommend this company to my friends or use them in future. I even have the customer service team cheekily sending me the trading standards website link when I said I would like to take legal action if it is not resolved. Yikes! Super upset. Ripped my prints up this morning waiting on that partial refund because I just want this to end. Some companies are just money hungry.”
“Really poor quality service I'm afraid... I ordered a load of customised badges from them via their website over 2 weeks ago now with a so called guaranteed 8 working day lead on shipping. I got an email this afternoon saying my order is being "prepared" for shipping :(
The deadline has been and gone and our group term will be finished by the time the order arrives.
This is not a company to be trusted, and I've not even seen their finished product yet...
My advice is to find another supplier I'm afraid.”

“I order notebooks from Awesome Merchandise every so often and their quality has only gone up through the years, it seems. Also quick and free shipping from the UK to USA is always a plus”
