I really wanted this company to live up to all the wonderful things I’d heard about it in the past but unfortunately, it seems it is resting on it’s laurels. I sent off a business card design on the 23rd of September to be printed on a set of recycled brown cards, I was so looking forward to receiving it in time for my exhibition (2nd November) and I thought that would give the company plenty of time for a print turn around. Well, it’s now the 7th of November and after much deliberation there is still no sign of the business cards. I like to try and be fair with small businesses and especially over Covid I know how much of a toll it’s taken on staff numbers etc…but this whole process has been a joke from the start to the unfinished. My emails have been left with no reply for days on end and all my phone calls go straight through to voicemail, Awesome Merch has provided a really poor service. The price is very reasonable but what’s the point in paying reasonably for such a poor service? I won’t be using this service again.”
“I've used AM for years, have spent tens of thousands of pounds on their products and generally have been happy with what they've provided. There's been occasions in the past that prints have been done wrong, or enamel pin badges have been poorly produced, but they've corrected them and I've never felt the need to complain or leave a bad review. But recently the service has been so unbelievably bad, and they've messed me around to such an extent, that I've felt compelled to write a bad review.
I ordered some products on the 19th Sept with a turnaround of 8 working days - it's now 28 working days and I still don't have them. I was promised last week that they would be ready and dispatched by tomorrow, but have just been told it's now going to be another week (at least). I had to cancel a launch event due to the delay, and have had customers waiting almost 3 weeks. If AM had been honest and transparent from the start and explained that mechanical issues were causing delays this could have been avoided, I could have had them produced elsewhere and it would've been fine - but they didn't even email me to explain the delays, I had to email and call on more than one occasion to get an honest answer from them regarding this. What a terrible way to treat people who have used their services for years and what a terrible way to treat self-employed artists who rely on their services.”
“I would highly discourage anyone from using this company! They are great until they make a mistake. At which point they expect your small business to bare the cost and brunt of it.
Very disappointed in this company and their customer service. I received my order late due to a machine fault their end, it arrived in an open box with 25% of the order missing and on top of that another 25% of the order was damaged and had printing faults (e.g. inside pages of notebooks were cut in half). I have sent their team photos immediatly of the box, damage, notebooks and they came back to me asking me to create a video as well, take more photos and try and WeTransfer them (if I hadn't already spent a week trying to get in touch with them). The only resolution offered was for me to send back each damaged item which they'll refund. Did not offer anything for the missing items. Did not offer any compensation for the loss of business. Also as I sell the product as a set of 4, 1 damaged item prohibits me from selling 4, which means getting a refund for just damaged items does not work for me.”

When you have an upset customer, you better avoid using ":)", apart from being unprofessional is quite grim.”
“DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I can’t use the cards I have had printed, complained several times, sent my cards back to be reviewed and they came up with a long list of lies as to why they have been printed so dark. I sent the same images off the INSTAPRINT & Cards came back perfect. Staff are rude over the phone and my order took ages to process, a terrible experience from beginning to end!”

“The Website Interface needs improving. They're not the quickest, BUT the quality of the products are always excellent. Also, I love how they stock EarthPositive Garments. We need more Eco-Friendly Garments out there. Oooo! & They're super friendly. I've used Awesome Merch for the past year, and I will continue using them for the foreseeable future.
