Do not buy from here! The customer service is appalling if you need a refund! They are refusing a refund when I was unable return a product due to self isolation despite having explained this several times. To make a complaint you can’t deal with the customer service team via email, they make you send a letter via post - ridiculous! An absolute nightmare company to deal with. STEER CLEAR!

Beware when returning, you will not be refunded your original postage cost. The company keeps this money although they are required to refund this under the consumer contracts regulations. You are also required to pay to return.

I would never use this website again don’t reply to any of your emails charge you for returning the parcels back but it states on the website you will get the delivery refund once we received the parcel never again will I use this website shocking customer service.

First & last time I will be ordering from this company. Returned item 25.10.21 and finally received a partial refund today 18.11.21 after numerous emails…… item cost £28.00 + £3.95 pp and they’ve refunded me £21.05(what’s that all about) never dealt with a shambles of a company like this before

This review would be zero stars if the option was available. Unfortunately a very similar story to other reviews below. Ordered three items, one was faulty two didn’t fit correctly. Returned items within the 14day returns but now being told that I haven’t followed the returns policy correctly as I didn’t contact them first about the faulty item and wait for their instructions so I’m not entitled to a refund. Crazy response given that consumer rights state a 30day return and refund for any item. Will be contacting the fraud department at my bank to pursue this matter further. Having had to follow this process before for another company it can affect their visa credit options if they are in breach of their contract. Hopefully if enough customers follow this process then something will be done about this shocking and criminal company.

Do not order from this company! I ordered 2 dresses, one arrived with a hole in the sleeve, the other one the zip broke midway through my night out. Incredibly embarrassing. I returned them both, they then sent an email saying they had received the dresses so I naively threw the proof of returns away. Now there will be no refund on the damaged dresses as they have now list them in the returns warehouse. Utterly disgusting

Awful company. One month after returning items and sending them proof of postage I still have not been refunded my £150. Without a doubt the worst experience of an online fashion company ever. I don't know how they get away with keeping peoples money like that.

The terrible reviews say it all - avoid this company! Absolutely NO customer service - no response to emails. This company deducted double the amount of postage from my refund ….. I note they do this A LOT. There are many reputable clothes companies out there who do not rip off customers …. shop with them, they deserve your business , AX PARIS do not! DO NOT SHOP WITH AX PARIS !

Foolishly ordered several times with this company. Upon returning each order (at my own expense) dating back to August 2021. They have never refunded any amounts. Paypal stated they see that in one case seller acknowledges receipt of items but that they failed to credit a refund on my Paypal account. Paypal is further investigating and I am standing by. Fortunately I kept all the shipping labels providing documentation of returns.

Hi i returned my items to ax paris as didnt fit and some werent as nice as picture.my total i spent was £420 And they want to give me it back as 3 seperate gift cards.they are saying they arrived out of their returns policy and thats why ive to get gift cards..i returned them within the policy as i also returned items to pretty little thing who have the same return policy and ive had refund put in my bank last week.so im trying to get a number to phone them

I returned 2 dresses in May this year and I'm STILL waiting for a refund. I've emailed them numerous times but haven't received a response. There is absolutely no other way to contact them.

Returned an item that didn’t look like the picture, paid for signed delivery 2 weeks ago! I have P.O.D I’ve had no correspondence or refund! There’s no customer service! 🤷🏻‍♀️ Would not recommend to anyone

Dresses returned 3 weeks ago using Royal Mail QR code generated through AX Paris. Item still saying its in the post office I dropped it off at & AX Paris have no solution. Meanwhile im £130 out if pocket!!

Writing a bad review seems to be the only way to have a small chance of any customer service! So here goes! Ordered a dress for a wedding which is in 7 days time. They sent me the dress in the wrong size. I went on to see their returns policy to be told I have to pay for a label I PRINTED WITH MY PRINTER and postage. Even though the return is no fault of my own. It goes on to say on their returns policy if they've received a damaged or wrong item to contact them to rectify. Which iv done. 4 times. No reply. I then go check my bank statement to see they've took not one payment but 2 payments of different amounts!!! Contacted them again on both email and social media nothing! Iv had to open a dispute with my bank in hopes ill get my money back! Absolute scam artists!!! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

I'm trying to contact ax Paris for 3 days now so they can give me a returns label so I can send back the items I don't want. The only response I got was a copy of their returns policy which I already know. Unfortunately the link to Royal mail returns label hasn't provided me with a label. ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE. POOR COMMUNICATION. Haven't experienced this kind of abysmal service before.

My first and definitely my last order Really wish I had taken the time to read reviews before ordering from this company. I ordered two dresses for a special occasion, when the package arrived, I opened it to find i had been sent completely the wrong dresses. I emailed them straight away to explain what the problem was, but here I am 6 emails and a couple of DMs later and I’m still waiting for a response. I’m having to return the dresses at my own expense, I suppose that’s not the end of the world, but there’s nothing more frustrating than being blatantly ignored. I can only imagine that I’ll have another battle on my hands trying to get a refund. Surprise surprise, I knew this would happen. The god awful service continues as I am now battling to get a refund for the incorrect order they sent me. This is what’s happened so far: 1. I place an order in good faith 2. I get sent the wrong item completely 3. I email promptly explaining the error 4. AX reply asking me for more information ie. initialled paperwork and photos 5. I send the information promptly 6. AX don’t reply 7. I chase a response 8. AX ignore my emails 9. I chase again 10. I am forced to write a negative review on trustpilot 11. AX read the review and respond asking me to return the items for a refund 12. I return the items by special delivery within a couple of days. I add a note in the package saying this is a complaint and not to deduct any amount for postage because I was sent the wrong items in the first place. 13. I wait 21 days for a refund 14. I receive an email saying I have a credit note not a refund because my return was outside 14 days It’s only outside 14 days because AX failed to reply to my emails.

I ordered a dress from AX Paris at £19.99 + Postage cost of £4.95. The dress itself looked cheap and wasn't something I wanted to keep so I returned the item accepting that I would have to pay for postage again but when it come to my refund I was given back £16.04 out of £24.94! - they had charged me postage PLUS VAT that I never paid in the first place so they are taking VAT off people and then when questioning this their response was that we can claim it back through 'Our Countries Tax System' absolute joke of company, will not be using again. Be warned that when you return your item you will be charged VAT meaning you pay VAT on absolutely nothing in the end because you have nothing to show for it.

Terrible returns policy. You end up out of pockets as you pay for shipping and returns. Sizing is not true to fit so wouldn’t recommend
