“I ordered an item, was all fine and then when it confirmed my order after purchase it had some random delivery address on. not the one i entered at all! Sent AX Paris 5 e-mails so far and still no response. Ive paid for something that is getting shipped to someone else. I would never buy from this company again.”

“Don't buy from this company!!!!!. I have a £500 gift card that I cannot use because they do not refund you if you don't return your parcel within 14 days. They don't take account of Christmas and Sundays when post offices shut or anything else and it is a mission to try and return something. A clever ploy for them to make money. The clothes were ill fitting for curvy girls and not representative at all. Customer service is shocking and they have sent me a voucher rather than a 500 refund onto the credit card I purchased on. Absolute sham!”

“Absolutely disgusted! I sent my returns a month ago.. sent 4 emails including one with proof of postal. Heard nothing! Cannot believe a company can work like this? I will never order from ax Paris online again! People need thier money back for numerous reasons!!!!”

“Really poor customer service. I received a coat with a hole in the pocket, I emailed about returning it and they want me to take it to be repaired and to refund me £10. I said I didn’t want the hassle of that and asked for a label to return, they said we don’t provide labels and when I said I better not get charged for the return they have stopped replying! Absolute joke of a company, so rude to ignore customers. I’ll never order again.”

“Bought the Black Button Up Skirt Blazer Which fitted like a glove. On New Year’s Eve I wore it having it on for just half hour the bottom gold button popped off :( (left with 3 buttons not four ) Then through out the night noticed the inside stitching of the dress around the edges was falling apart. Really disappointed in the dress and wouldn’t buy and more dresses from AX Paris or recommend it at all to family or friends.”

“This company states that refund deducted is £3.95 BUT they deduct £7.90!!!!!! They are doing this to lots of people AVOID THIS COMPANY !!!!!”

“I also returned one item and it stated about deducting the postage of £3.95 from the return, you guessed it they took £7.90!!!! Do not order from this company unless you are totally sure you want to keep the clothes otherwise they rip you off”

“The lounge set I ordered consisted of the jumper only. When I mailed the customer service about this, I received no reaction. Secondly the quality of the other sets ordered turned out to be very bad. Both trousers got holes in them while wearing them for the first time. Very disappointing.”

“Do not buy from here! The customer service is appalling if you need a refund! They are refusing a refund when I was unable return a product due to self isolation despite having explained this several times. To make a complaint you can’t deal with the customer service team via email, they make you send a letter via post - ridiculous! An absolute nightmare company to deal with. STEER CLEAR!”

“Beware when returning, you will not be refunded your original postage cost. The company keeps this money although they are required to refund this under the consumer contracts regulations. You are also required to pay to return.”

“I would never use this website again don’t reply to any of your emails charge you for returning the parcels back but it states on the website you will get the delivery refund once we received the parcel never again will I use this website shocking customer service.”

“First & last time I will be ordering from this company. Returned item 25.10.21 and finally received a partial refund today 18.11.21 after numerous emails…… item cost £28.00 + £3.95 pp and they’ve refunded me £21.05(what’s that all about) never dealt with a shambles of a company like this before”

“This review would be zero stars if the option was available. Unfortunately a very similar story to other reviews below. Ordered three items, one was faulty two didn’t fit correctly. Returned items within the 14day returns but now being told that I haven’t followed the returns policy correctly as I didn’t contact them first about the faulty item and wait for their instructions so I’m not entitled to a refund. Crazy response given that consumer rights state a 30day return and refund for any item. Will be contacting the fraud department at my bank to pursue this matter further. Having had to follow this process before for another company it can affect their visa credit options if they are in breach of their contract. Hopefully if enough customers follow this process then something will be done about this shocking and criminal company.”

“Do not order from this company! I ordered 2 dresses, one arrived with a hole in the sleeve, the other one the zip broke midway through my night out. Incredibly embarrassing. I returned them both, they then sent an email saying they had received the dresses so I naively threw the proof of returns away. Now there will be no refund on the damaged dresses as they have now list them in the returns warehouse. Utterly disgusting”

“The terrible reviews say it all - avoid this company! Absolutely NO customer service - no response to emails. This company deducted double the amount of postage from my refund ….. I note they do this A LOT. There are many reputable clothes companies out there who do not rip off customers …. shop with them, they deserve your business , AX PARIS do not! DO NOT SHOP WITH AX PARIS !”
