“NEVER ORDER FROM AX PARIS. I ordered on two different occasions looking for a wedding outfit. 2/3 items needed to be returned but as they have different order numbers I have had to pay £6.95 X2 to return, I spoke to post office directly and they only charge £3.95 for this and this also covers any loss or damages. So next time I won’t be using your returns portal I will be using post office directly. NOT THAT I WILL BE USING YOU AGAIN!!! Just by returning two items I have lost out on £14! NEVER AGAIN!”

“I watched an interview on the much anticipated ifsmarket investment and i made the initial deposit, minimal investment of $257,000 USDT. Following that, I received a constant stream of calls from this broker, who attempted to get me to spend more money in the next and subsequent rounds in order to double my profits. Ultimately, I invested USDT $444,000 in all before entirely losing interest in him. He stopped answering my calls and emails when I insisted on withdrawing my investment after six months. I attempted to contact everyone and ask for assistance in order to get my money back, but I was unable. “Dress didn't fit very awkward to try on due to security ribbon,got charged to be delivered and £5.95 to return which is deducted from the price of the dress and now waiting for a refund( can take up to 15 days) Its a joke of a company and won't be using in future or recommend it to friends and family. Shame on you”

“If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered a play suit, arrived & was flimsy material & completely see through, when I tried to send back the link for the return label wouldn’t open, I contacted their “customer service” & was told I’d have to pay for return myself. It was €8.50 to post back, then they charged me €8 customs”

“Avoid! I probably don’t even need to write this review to help others as the previous reviews are pretty bad! How embarrassing for this company… I’ve been a loyal customer for over 10 years and because I was a few days over the returns policy, they will not give me my money back (£200) How bad is that? Terrible customer service. I wouldn’t recommended them at all.”

“This company are robbing us. Placed an order to be deducted a high price for returning plus delivery cost even with student discount. For the high prices they charge, returns should be included. Plenty other online stores to choose from. Avoid.”

“The dresses were two of the nicer ones I bought to try for a wedding, and the delivery was really fast - but when I went to return them I was charged £6.00 for delivery. Pity that'll it'll stop me trying them in future.”

“Wish I had read the terrible reviews before ordering! How this company is still trading I have no idea and trading standards should be involved! I ordered two coats, which were unsuitable so I sent them both back for a refund. Delivery charge and ‘protect your order’ fee (still have no idea what this is!) was paid as part of purchase. Discount applied at time of checkout. They have refunded me and are saying I have £13.95 outstanding to pay (I paid via Klarna). So they have only partially refunded me and have taken not only the return postage off my refund (which I understand), but also charged me an extra £8 for what I still have no idea! Tried to reach out to them via email, got one reply and then when I asked for a breakdown of my charges surprise surprise I’ve heard nothing from them! Currently under dispute with Klarna as I’m not paying for charges I shouldn’t have to pay for! Avoid at all costs!”

“The dresses I ordered didnt fit me well, nor was the quality great so I returned them. I was refunded just short of £10 less than what i paid. I queried this and received an email stating 'We do not offer free delivery or free returns. Outbound Delivery £3.95. Return £5.95'. Even if they have this written somewhere in small print on their website, its alot of money.”

“Scammers company in London. Avoid them at all cost. There are better online clothing site with free return policy. I have tried to return an item bought from this site to no avail. AX paris keep returning the item back to my address and as it stands, I cannot reach any assistant online for explanation. They're money hungry company and care less towards customers. Spend your money where it benefits.”

“Ordered a dress which I initially paid just under £4 for delivery. Then AX Paris charged me £5.95 to return as it was too tight. Try to avoid placing an order unless you’re sure you will be keeping the item!”

“Absolute scam company! There returns policy is a joke, they claim the portal isn't working so you have to do a manual return that they then charge £2.50 and £5.95 for! Reading other reviews this is clearly a common theme!.”
