“I try to transfer money to the Phillipines. Waiting for almost a week now. Azimo said there were "issues' with their partners abroad. Still waiting. This is not the way I want this kind of service.”
“I used the service since 2017, at the beginning it was perfect. Last autumn I got first trouble sending funds to Russia. A month ago similar issue repeated. Transfer in RU was rejected, as support reported beneficiary bank has rejected, because of non-Cyrillic recipient name. But I definitive used Cyrillic. Thank God after ca. 2 weeks my funds were refunded. 2 stars (not 1) for refund.”
“Azimo is fast and efficient I used them for a year everything was great. Although their rate is lower than others. They do not open during weekends and evenings and there is no contact number only email or you have to send a message through support which let's this service down. They also want you to trust them to send your documents over to them when you are not speaking to someone face to face. They cancelled a transfer, after taking the money and requesting documents and then rejected the documents which I di not believe their was a sufficient reason. Without informing waiting 2 days before they made the decision to cancel. I was not impressed.”
“The first couple of rates were excellent but once they think you are hooked, the rates are the worse compared to others. I have now reverted back to sending money to a domicilary acc so the receiver can change the money themselves. So much for ease of use”
