“3.2.18. Thanks to female staff member in paint mixing area at Derby Osmaston store. She advised that the Timeless Classics range had been discontinued, then offered to mix paint to the same recipe (Dusted Capuccino). Paint was mixed and issued within ten minutes. Thank you - good customer service.”

“we bought the kitchen in October and had it all planned by Tom and Paul came and did a survey which he did to perfection as we had measured wrongly and he managed to squeeze in a spice rack and 2 more standing cupboards and a wine rack. Had the kitchen delivered on 10 January from Doncaster - and it arrived when they said it would (via a text) - Paul came on Monday 15 January to start it - he got all the old kitchen units off and he finished it on Friday 19 January - never stopped for a proper lunch - he was so diligent and efficient - very happy with the colour and all the appliances.”

“Ordered a kitchen through B&Q, Ystrad Mynach brach, Ashley and Tina (staff) could not have been more helpful. They explained everything in detail, nothing was too much trouble and we even had a cup of tea free of charge. Great service.”

“I HAD A ARSON ATTACK ON MY HOME THIS WAS ONE OF THE ONLY COMPANIES THAT HELPED IN AN EMERGENCY THEY KINDLY GAVE MY £50 AND NO MATTER HOW SMALL OR BIG THEY WERE VERY KIND I WOULD LIKE TO THANK THEM FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY ❤️ THANKYOU BNQ. YOUR THE ONLY COMPANY THAT HELPED ME IN AN EMERGENCY DISASTER MY 4 YEAR OLD IS AUTISTIC AND I SUFFER MY NERVS A VERY KIND COMPANY AND ONE DAY WHEN THISS NIGHT MARE IS OVER I WILL FETCH THE MANAGER A PRESENT AND PAY THEM BACK THANK YOU BNQ WE BEGGED MANY COMPANIES AS A CRISIS BUT YOURS WAS THE ONLY ONE MY CHILDREN NEARLY DIED I LOST MY HOME EVERY THING AND HAD TO MOVE,STILL TRYING TO GET THERE BUT ITS NICE TO NO WHOS NICE AND B AND Q WERE THERE FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART ,THANKS ON BEHALF OF ME AND MY CHILDREN XXXXX”
