“Karcher A5 Classic Pressure Washer. Great piece of kit replacing my 35 year A114 Model. No problem with the rigid power hose as some complain about !!! Just unwind in a corkscrew motion with gentle pressure , too much pressure will cause it to kink as complained about. A little patience & common sense & you won’t have a problem. Pressure achieved with the included spray heads @ rotary cleaners is amazing making light work of cleaning my resin drive. Well done Karcher. Many thanks John King P S Good deal @ B&W with a 15 per cent price reduction.”

“Well done MJ communication skills were impeccable I would like to express my gratitude to the young lady MJ at the Edge Lane Liverpool store today who was so very helpful, nothing was a problem. MJ gave 100% customer service to my husband and I. Our visit was a very pleasant one and management should look after her she is a goid’in.. Pat on the back to MJ keep doing what your doing. We will be back at B & Q Edge Lane.”

“Full kitchen and appliances along with flooring from B&Q Parkhead From my first visit in trying to find the right kitchen I found myself dealing with Aaron at the Parkhead branch. An absolute magnificent employee who knew exactly what I wanted and helped me with my purchase. Both myself and Aaron sat down and sorted all my components out and assisted me through the entire process. Aaron’s advice was invaluable and I eventually found myself buying everything including appliances. To say I was pleased is an understatement, I was impressed and left happy knowing that I made the right choices. The wife was delighted and pleased with the kitchen design which made me even more happier. Overall, Aaron was a great representative for B&Q and went above and beyond my expectations. Thanks Aaron for your assistance.”

“I want to thank the staff at B&Q Wrexham who were amazingly helpful to me last night. I messed up my online order which they managed to sort out and then helped me dismantle a display Furniture set and incredibly fitted into all into my car which included taking out my baby seat (no mean feat!). “After looking for paint over the last 2days, the help and advice from Jane and John in the paint mixing department at B&Q Doncaster we finally got the paint we’re looking for. “Wanted help with cutting some wood. I was busy and all over the place. Visited the Poole store and a young chap named Ashley in the timber cutting department was very helpful. He found me an A frame trolley in the Garden Centre, helped me choose the timber, helped with the measurements ( in inches!) and did a great job, being pleasant efficient and friendly. Great to see someone interested in their job, who understands customer needs, and was cheerful and helpful. Hope he goes far in life.”

“Visited the Penrith B&Q today Monday1/7/24 and purchased outside table and chairs and ventilation unit. I first encountered Alisdair who promptly answered my enquiry and pointed me in the direction of a guy called Paul who assisted me and my wife with the large packages, and helped us with getting them into our car. Paul was brilliant from start to finish, even when we found out the box wouldn’t fit in the car, he unpacked the merchandise and packed it neatly, safely in our veichle. The customer service was excellent from start to finish, and a breath of fresh air in comparison to other outlets we visit. Well done Paul and Alisdair.”
