“Ordered twice from here and both times the stuff hadnt been in stock but they have taken my payment and informed me afterwards that they are having trouble getting hold of the product. Not good enough by far!”

“After almost 2 months of waiting I have yet to receive my baby monitor! I have called twice to enquire and was only told of a problem when I asked, the company failed to contact me and inform me that it would take so long to be ordered from a distributor. I suspect this company has low stock and advertises items it does not have, but fails to communicate this to customers! I have made a complaint and asked for discount and a follow up from management and this has not happened either. Extremely amateur customer service and I am considering notifying a customer rights group to help me resolve the situation. Would advise against using their services as a result”

“Would never use again! Ordered a stair gate was never emailed to tell me it was out of stock. Now had to cancel my god daughter coming to stay for a holiday as not safe and have to wait 5 to 7 days for money to return to my PayPal account. Was offered another gate that was alot more money why would I pay more!!!”

“Purchased a car seat which unfortunately was out of stock, I was instantly contacted by their customer services who informed me that they were desperately speaking with a supplier to arrange this for me although their hands were tired. In the end they kindly walked me through picking an alternative, better still it was shipped to me next day delivery. The best customer service I have received in a long time.”

“Ordered pet stairgate which was advertised in stock and they took the money out of my credit card. I also paid £5.99 extra for next day delivery. I then received an email telling me it was out of stock but expected to be back in stock at the end of the week or early the following week. I contacted them the following week and they said it would be dispatched within 48 hours. 2 weeks later I am still waiting. Do not touch them with a bargepole”

“I am truly astonished at the excellent customer service with this company. My car seat was listed online as in stock when I ordered it, however Baby Security rang later that day to say there was a 10 day wait as they were actually out of stock and were awaiting a delivery. I was offered a very similar, but more expensive replacement seat at no extra cost! The car seat arrived the following day! I'm thrilled with the seat and with Baby Security. I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again.”
