“Bad experience and won't order from baby security again. They were falsely advertising a product online , which I ordered, received the incorrect item and then was told they don't actually have that item stocked. After much back and forth (they aren't easy to get hold of -'d being told I must have made it up and they don't advertise that product!!!) I was told sorr the returns out ! They offered some poor options to solve this and just generally bad customer service.”

“When we unpacked our Joie car seat we noticed stains on the seat. We contacted the company, who in turn contacted the supplier. The end result was that Joie sent us a full replacement soft cushion set. The problem was fully resolved within a week, which I think was good customer service all round. Also the price was the best we could find...”

“We were impressed by Baby Security. The product was substantially cheaper than in Mothercare (over £100 cheaper when coupled with a voucher code found online). Due to high demand we had to wait longer for the product than initially stated. The product also couldn't be stored so we were dependent on a delivery. However, Baby Security notified us of this straight away. We had a couple of issues with the delivery. The set came in three stages and TNT were not especially helpful about telling us when the delivery was due. On a couple of occasions we waited in for the delivery but it didn't arrive. The customer service was good and any inquiries were responded to within a couple of working hours. We would use Baby Security again.”

“The product was out of stock when ordered (which was made clear before the order was placed). I was kept informed about the stock situation and delivery date, and the product was delivered as promised. I did not need to contact the company at all. All in all a very good service.”

“Great, I bought one of your bottles a while back, but my son wasn't ready for it at that time. Now it's at school to help him progress so we needed one for home. I was over the moon when I found that you still do the bottles. My son's been on a special feeding bottle for 11 and a half years, he's 12 now and this is the first training bottle he's actually used! so so pleased- don't stop doing them please.”
