“Original item I ordered was out of stock. I was quickly emailed about this and was given the option to wait or order an alternative. I went with the latter as needed the item sooner rather than later. 6 days later and still no item so I emailed to be told that the item will be with me by Wednesday (2 days time). The item did indeed arrive 2 days later by Royal Mail Tracked 24. I entered the tracking number in online to see that the item was posted on the Monday AFTER querying where my item was! It had clearly been forgotten about and not sent out the 6 days before as had been told then that it would be despatched immediately. Took a total of 10 days to arrive unlike the 2-3 days stated on their website. The product itself is perfect just need to remember to post it!!”

“Placed an order for an 'in stock' item with 2-3 working day delivery. They took the funds and I received confirmation of order by email. When I had not received confirmation of dispatch nearly a week a later, I chased the order to learn 3 week lead time as product was not in stock. The website still showed as in stock at the time I chased the order. Little in the way of apology, but the representative did update the website and deal with my query fairly promptly. Ultimately ended up cancelling as found it in stock elsewhere sooner. As I never received an item from them, I cannot say how good the whole process was, but would order with caution next time.”

“Website allows you to purchase something with a discount code they provide only to be called the next morning to be told there was actually an error and if you want the item youl need to pay an additional £64 - I followed the website instructions and used the code as directed so not my fault at all it allowed more of a discount as an error. Sales girl refused to honour the website price I’d payed for item so refunded me as I refused to pay additional money. Shocking service”

“I bought a pet gate,it's very good. But needed an extension to fit door.,which I ordered.Heard nothing for 8 days ,so phoned about the order.Lady I spoke to said it was out of stock,expect delivery end of Decemeber or beginning of January .As payment been taken for item, I would have thought I would have been contacted about the delay of said item.”

“I am truly exhausted with the dealing i have had with Baby Security for the last month. From the double charging of orders via amazon to the delayed refund, the wrong item being sent. A replacement being of very poor quality ad not as described to me being asked to cover the charge of refund of said item. With no supervisor or manager being available to speak and no advise as to when they would be able to speak, This has caused a huge amount of stress and upset”
