“I love their products but have horrible communication. I had a package ordered and said when it was supposed to arrive and here it is 4 days later and I had to get a hold of them. Also there needs to he a phone number to call not emailing.”

“I have all the other BOT boots and the sheet, the knee boot doesn’t fit like the rest of the BOT products. The top and middle Velcro fit the knee but the bottom is was to big and therefore the knee boot falls down the leg easily.”

Hi Christie I apologize for the delayed reply. Unfortunately, some knee characteristics are a challenge for the knee boot to stay in position. This is a very popular item with few unhappy outcomes - what we recommend in this case is having your horse wear our standing wraps or quick wraps. They are also commonly used to prevent hock boots from slipping down.

“Nice blanket but insufficient sizes. My horse has large shoulders and the 81 is too tight through the shoulders while the 87 fits the shoulders but is too large for the barrel and too long. The saddle pad fits nice haven't tried the quarter sheet yet.”

“I love BOT products but was very disappointed with the royal deluxe hock boots. I measured my horse using the size guide and bought the recommended size. They’re extremely bulky more than what the picture leads on and would slip down. I only used them while my horse was stalled at night and was very disappointed because the would never stay up.”

We are so sorry to hear when anyone is unhappy with our products. We will review the images we have online to see how we can enhance them to show the padding in a clearer way. The dense padding is designed to protect the hock from any impact. We do recommend using our Quick Wraps or a quilt and standing bandage under the Hock Wraps to keep them in place.

“I am a huge fan of the Welltex fabric and strongly believe in its therapeutic qualities. I have the B.O.T. mesh sheet, which fits true to size and my horse wears comfortably daily. Every other B.O.T. product I have tried that is meant to cover some or all of the back, i.e. not leg wraps, etc. is oddly/impossibly sized. I have a stable blanket that I can kind of make work by adding a Rambo chest extender, a quarter sheet that does not extend far enough toward the tail nor far enough down the ribs and then this latest purchase of a back warmer of which I ordered the largest size available and received another woefully short product -- it would need to be at least 12" longer to come anywhere close to fitting. I want to love B.O.T but I just don't understand how the majority of products can be so poorly sized.”

We understand how frustrating it is when a product doesn't fit as expected. We aspire to have the right size for every horse and every expectation, sometimes we fall short. “There is a seam on the onside which I have not xome across with other back on track products. As I am using this post surgery I do not want uneven pressure”

“The reason for 3 stars is the velcro on the hock brace. There is no need for it to go all the way around the brace since you could never close it that far. Because of the exposed velcro, it is sticking to the rug which not only pulled the fiber from the rug but is stuck in the velcro. I spend time pulling the fibers out of the velcro and coming up with a sort of solution by attaching sticky tape to the exposed part. Impossible to know if the Welltex actually does more than another brace. Wish my dog could tell me how he feels but he can't :-). Also disappointed to find that the product is made in China.”

“I got this mesh cooler last month and used it twice in the barn stall and it ripped on the seam of the straps. I can sew it but i am a bit dissappointed in the wearability.”

“I bought 3 dressage saddle pads. I’m very happy with the pad itself; however, the front Velcro straps make it impossible to secure to saddle as the velcro where you fasten seems too short or put at the wrong place. Therefore, the pad slides back. It is very annoying. For the price of these pads, (and I now have 3 of them) they need to change the the front Velcro to better secure to the saddle.”

Thank you for your input - we appreciate you taking time to let us know about this issue. Our pad straps are designed to fit most saddles. Unfortunately, there is such a vast variety of saddle styles, and we attempt to do our very best to fit every brand of saddle, but we sometimes fall short.

“This coat warms up my dog's body, especially his fragile back hips, and works really well at keeping him from getting sore while exercising. I'm very pleased with it. Unfortunately, I've tried two different sizes, and still can't get the fit right. The coat slides down his neck and chest and then hangs too far over his butt, so he can't poop without me running in to adjust things. Even around the house, he seems a little uncomfortable in the coat, tending not to sit in his bed or lay on his side while wearing it. I wish there were a way to keep it in place better.”
