I got the dachshunds ones and the girth is way too short. My dog would have to be a stick dog.

I was very excited to recieve my regular dog coat item. Unfortunately, despite following measuring instructions, it was way too big. When I reached out to say my dogs chest is big and warrants a large (which he typically wears) but his length is small, and what should I do about the dilemma, the response was simply exchange it for a smaller size; not helpful. I decided to just go for a refund and was charged a $20 restocking fee because it was "full of hair". A complete exaggeration. I used a lint brush and a damp cloth and got most, but admittedly not all of his fur off. It's impossible to get it all without throwing it in the washing machine which would have also been a no-no I'm sure.

I apologize the sizing on the first coat purchased was too large, so the best solution in this instance was to provide a return and refund to your preferred method of payment (card or store credit) so that you may purchase the correct item/size. We're more than happy to provide insight on sizing once measurements are provided. We accept unused items for returns, but do charge a restocking fee per policy if the item is returned in a used condition. Please let me know if you have any further questions. I placed the order on 12-2, I didn’t receive a shipment notification until 12-9, it’s scheduled for delivery on 12-16. I’m pretty sure I paid extra for upgraded shipping, I can’t remember anymore. Not impressed with the effort placed to get this bed to me. It had better be good.

Hi Mark, Our deepest apologies on the delay. We did get swamped with orders from our Black Friday/Cyber Monday sales and took us longer than usual to get packages out. You did choose FedEx Ground for your shipping option which has been having delay's on their end as well with the nationwide orders. I am so sorry for this inconvenience. Bought Large ,Medium and small knee boots none of them stay in place they squash up, don't stay in plce.

Not happy with product size or fit. I love the horse products but not satisfied with this dog coat! I even reached out to check my size selection being correct and was assured it would be- NOT. Lace chest piece is not convenient!

I have been using my Back on Track tshirt for 4 days now. So far, I do not see any effect on the tight muscles and muscle spasms in my upper back. I have had better results with a heated vest.

Norma I was reviewing our files and I see that no one responded to your comments. My sincerest apologies. The tee-shirts, or for that matter, all the clothing is designed for maintenance support and a feeling of general well-being, they do not provide the immediate and targeted Back on Track effect our brand is known. For upper shoulder and neck, I suggest the Neck Cover and or the Dicky Bib.

The saddle pads have a rope decoration that has rubbed my horse on both sides and by his front leg. The cord is too rough. No other options as the Haze doesn’t come in an extra large. Not enough selection for 18.5 saddles.

The rope trim is only on the outside of the pad but some horses may have a sensitivity to any seam or stitching. We never want anyone to be disappointed with our products. Returns are easy; there is a link at the bottom of our website for returns purchased from us. If a Back on Track product is purchased from one of our retail partners, returns can be done directly through that store.

the item doesn't fit, and the label says to disregard sizing as it is incorrect. After multiple emails and phone calls the issue remains unresolved
