Hello I have tried to edit the review made 4months ago unfortunately my efforts failed so I may have to ask for help from this company and in particular Yash who helped us enormously after the last order that was free of charge 1/ After a long talk to this company through email and chat šŸ’¬ Iā€™m pleased to say that bagā€™s of love have given us another free print of the duvet they have totally given us 3 free prints and yesterday I was happy to hear they are giving me another free order 2/ There was a problem with the last order 2 things first there was pictures with text on but also the material started to fray I will be going to give them a 5 star ā­ļø review for the help and support we have received although I am computer savvy Iā€™m not sure how to delete the previous review so hereā€™s the pictures of this hopefully final order theyā€™re also a good company for other personalised items it was hard to see the pictures when you are dealing with 100 images

I've bought some personalised wallpaper of my husbands motorbike. I had it printed in black and white; I've decorated today it was so easy to put up we love it thank you

I ordered a blanket for a friend with her dogs photo printed on it. I found this site through a Google search and boy am I glad I did ! The process was easy, uploaded the photo, chose the size of my blanket and the stitching. Shortly after I got an email that the order is being worked on. Great, can't wait. Then I got another email saying they weren't happy with the first print and they are re-doing it to make sure it's perfect. I've never had a business do this, so it just goes to show how much pride they take in their products and how important customer service is. It arrived a few days later and I couldn't be happier. It's perfect, the image is sharp and the blanket is extremely soft. I will def come back for another purchase !

Ordered a photo blanket as a group gift for a friend permanently leaving the country. Requested delivery before Christmas 2021 (submitted order before the deadline on 12th December and also paid the additional urgent delivery fee). It is currently 2nd of January and there is still no sign of the blanket, and we may end up having to re-post the gift once they've departed! Terrible management of customer expectations. Do not promise delivery date if you cannot deliver.

My son was very late in getting his order placed for Christmas jumper day at school. The bags of love team certainly had bags of love as they did an amazing job of getting his order made and delivered in time for his big day, which I had thought almost impossible. The team went out of their way to do their absolute best for us and made this household very happy this Christmas. Thank you so much!

When checking out, delivery times were listed as 3 - 6 business days. My order arrived after 16 days! It was meant to be for company staff Xmas presents and it was late for the party! You should make it more clear that shipping comes from Europe and that there is time needed to print, displaying 3 - 6 business days should be illegal! Youre dishonest to not be transparent, plain and simple!!! And your customer service then just sent me screen shots of the fine print!? Ridiculous. It should not be in the fine print, it should be displayed clearly in large print at checkout.

Avoid this company. Paid for two mugs and received just one. It is impossible to contact them as phone lines are constantly blocked and they do not respond to emails. Non-existent customer service and total rip-off merchants. Save your money and go elsewhere!

Never received my order at all. Every time I speak to someone they apologize and say they will find out where my package is and then inform me, but still no information after it should have been delivered 3 weeks ago.

If you like waiting 6 days to despatch a birthday card with special delivery(paid by you), go with this company.

I have purchased lots of things through out the years. This time I was very disappointed in the service.paid extra for postage to get them in a few day and it took a week, they where birthday cards that it was to late to give. They said that the quality control was not good, they where doing them again ,one of the cards was not checked half the photos where cut off.

I ordered sew in labels. Their service was very fast but the product was extremely disappointing, especially for the high price I paid. The lettering was not crisp at all. I emailed the company but never received a response. Not impressed at all!

The service was so speedy and the item itself, a stunning canvas made from a print. Beautiful quality, amazing representation of the original. Even came before the estimated date. I couldn't be more delighted and will definitely use this Company again.

We set up an online store just to use a custom glasses case product on this website. We had made a custom case for my mom as a gift a year ago. Everyone loved it and we wanted to sell them. The case had her name on top, and a print on bottom. So we reached out to Bags of Love via their online chat service to ensure that it was ok with them that we print & sell their products in this manner (which it was & we have screenshots of that convo), proceeded to set up the whole company, and then went to work creating tons of material for our store based on this glasses case. People would be able to customize it with their name on top, and choice of photos, etc. We got our first customer, which we were excited about. We received the case in the mail, and the print of her name was REALLY off center. We went back to the Bags of Love website, pulled up the design template mockup that we had filled in to order the product, and that design was perfectly centered. We contacted their customer service team with 2 photos (one of the actual case & how off it was printed, and one of the centered online design mockup). They informed us that this inconsistency with printing would continue to happen if we kept ordering products, and that centering would never be able to be guaranteed. They replaced this one order but notified us that they would not be doing so for future orders for our store, and that they didnā€™t want any future complaints. When we suggested that they state clearly on the glasses case page that thereā€™s a margin of error in print, or that they canā€™t guarantee centering (which wouldā€™ve saved us all this trouble if we had known), they directed us to read the guidelines on the glasses case page, which we proceeded to re-read a second time and still found no information there regarding a warning about what we experienced. Weā€™ve wasted money, time and effort that couldā€™ve been avoided if they were more transparent on the product page. And we were surprised that it could get through their quality check as well without someone catching how off-center it was, didnā€™t give us a lot of confidence in their process. My husband and I are both graphic designers and weā€™ve worked with tons of different print shops for a wide variety of things - weā€™re used to reading print guidelines and working within specific parameters. This experience was a big disappointment as we followed their guidelines and still ended up with a faulty product, and no guarantee of improvement with regards to future products. Weā€™ve since had to totally re-structure our business and itā€™s unfortunate how much time and energy we lost on this. Based on the experience we had, we don't feel that this company really cares very much about the concerns of people like us, nor are we convinced that they're doing everything they can to provide top quality products with transparent advertising. The product we ordered is not the product we received, and they clearly stated they wouldn't replace future faulty prints. The customer service responses that we got also felt like they were just dancing around the issue a bit instead of dealing with the root of the problem and admitting to fault. Hope this review saves someone else from having a bad experience like we did. Regards, Liza & Tim

The trays we ordered to give as gifts, using a photo agency 3MB jpeg image of an old Peak District map exceeded our expectations. They were perfectly positioned, very clear and sharp, and with faithful colour. So we have bought more. Thank you so much.

Your domain name suggests you are located in Canada, yet your billing process does not indicate that you ship from the UK. On top of shipping cost, I was charged for duty which I had not anticipated. Although your product is quite satisfactory, it was also rather pricey. I would likely think twice before making another purchase. Your domain name is misleading to buyers as to where you are located. Perhaps you can include in the billing process that shipments come from the UK.

I ordered a blanket for my grandaughter with her horse on for her birthday it was absolutely lovely the colours were bright and the picture was clear she loves it and takes it everywhere now
