“Never ever again. They simply avoid paying insurance claim on my property. It's been 10 months now. No communication, rude staff, which disconnect you half way during telephone call, awful customer services. Absolutely nightmarish experience.”

“Last Monday I tried transferring some money from my bank account in Tinkoff bank to another person's account in a Turkis bank. There where two payments.
The payments were declined by BANCO DE SABADELL (Spain) as an intermediary bank on Tuesday.
It's been more than a week but my payments have not returned to me. I contacted support several times (and for what I know my bank did too). However, Banco de Sabadell keeps telling me that they can't help. And that I have to wait and perhaps someday they will pay me back. So far I have no reason to believe the bank will return my money at all since I can't get any meaningful response. At this moment I am under the impression the bank has stolen my money and I am outraged.”

“Do not take out insurance with the bank Sabadell, taking out is very easy but you can't get rid of it. Every time a different story so it's just slow down. “I was client of banco Sabadell calahonda branch for 12 years ! Everything was ok until last year March 2020 when they « retired « half of the branch staff , including my account manager who was nr. 2
Then everything started to deteriorate , as they obstructed progressively all my possibilities , either to deposit cash or to transfer money from another account I had in spain .
The new manager refused completely to give me coherent explanations , always invoking European banking legislation ! I tried several times to explain to him that I was treated differently by other banks , without success .
It was the first time I was faced to such an incompetent , unprofessional , and obscurantic guy ! Not even polite ! So I decided to close my account ! My wife also closed her account !
Sabadell NEVER AGAIN ! Much better treatment with Banco Santander , where the staff is more professional and more caring !”
“Canceled my card without notice or verification. Then requested a new card via phone which made me wait 6 days without being able to use my money. Then found out it was not coming, went to the office where they did the request in person and would come in a week. Now I am two/three weeks further without being able to use my bank account and money. Terrible service!!”

Ladrones !!!. Tengo una hipoteca con Banco Sabadell en Canet. Al principio la persona que me ayudaba a hacer el tramito era muy professional. Pero se fui.
Solo he tenido problemas con los seguros y condiciones de la hipoteca . El banco me hace una trampa después de la otra. El peor son los seguros contratados con la hipoteca para conseguís las bonificaciones. Son trampas. Te venden seguros que valen un montón pero de la peor qualidad. El peor es de Hogar. Esta Fatal. No hay atención al cliente. No te ayudan en caso de siniestro. Me he quejado en escrito y hasta hoy (6 Meses) no han respondido. Me siento muy harto de estar con banco Sabadell y no lo recomiendo a nadie.

Thieves!! Stay away from this bank. It's a trap. I have my mortgage with them and all I had so far are problems. At the beginning, one person at the bank looked after me and he was very professional. However he left and now its gone totally down hill. The worst part is not so much the mortgage, but the conditions and insurances the bank pushes you to sign up for. Absolutely horrible. A disaster ! There is no customer service. The insurances are hopeless when you need them. The bank now tries everything to keep me insured with them, while I have tried several times to cancel all my policies, they still make it very difficult for me to leave. I can’t wait to pay off my mortgage or have it transferred to another bank. Since my advised is gone, this Bank has only given me headaches.”

Its not the first time they have taken money without my consent.
Stupidly, they have made it impossible to take money out at an ATM with a bank card, forcing customers to use their App instead.
In my experience, having banked with 9 other banks in 5 countries, this one is the worst and most frustrating.
In my experience, this is a greedy bank lacking reason and accountability.”
