No es posible ponerse en contacto. Llevo 2 meses intentando solicitar una nueva contraseña, pero no funciona. Correos electrónicos, mensaje por WhatsApp, formulario en línea... No obtengo respuesta

They will charge you for receiving SEPA transfers in total breach of Regulation (EC) No 924/200 (ECB regulation on banking charges within the SEPA region) . Hopefully soon or later these businesses form the 19th century will die out for not adapting to an evolving world.

Useless, if you get into problems they block your account so you can't view it on line, ignore and agreement that you have with their Pagofacil to repay the short fall then send you emails every day from various sources because their system is rubbish. Do not have an account with them.

Llevo intentando abrirme la cuenta online del Banco Sabadell 2 semanas. Después de pedirte TODOS tus datos y aceptar el uso de tus datos te pasan a una pantalla que te dice que no puedes contratar esa cuenta y que te pases por una oficina para contratar otro tipo de cuenta. Es un engaño total y además se quedan con tus datos personales. He llamado varias veces a atención al cliente y se hacen los tontos, diciendo que no saben qué puede pasar, que es la primera incidencia que reportan, pero por lo que veo aquí le ha pasado a mucha gente. La atención al cliente es pésima y en la oficina tampoco te ayudan. Es una estafa para quedarse con los datos de la gente, lo cual es ilegal. No te fíes de este banco!!

Had bad charges on my account, the bank refused to stand behind me, refused to give me back the money. Took a month after I turned in the claim to even get an email. Really bad customer service.

I have never come across a smiling face in any of the branches in Spain. The staff are extremely rude and very unhelpful. The telephone staff are extremely helpful but at all the branches I have visited the staff are awful.

After reading all the bad reviews I wonder if it’s Bank Sabadell’s gold to be a terrible bank and service institution? I had the same very bad experience as most of these people and I would like to know what Sabadell think about this reviews and if it’s really the strategy to be so terrible?

Never ever again. They simply avoid paying insurance claim on my property. It's been 10 months now. No communication, rude staff, which disconnect you half way during telephone call, awful customer services. Absolutely nightmarish experience.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced from a banking company. We had one agent lie to our faces regarding our pension plan and as a result our funds are locked up and inaccessible 7 more years, despite him ensuring us that we could access the funds if we need it. The staff in many branches treat you with disrespect and could not give a toss. The bank changes its policies that wastes time.

They do not reply to hand delivered letters. They refuse to give me a credit card statement. Consequently l do not know how much l owe them.

BUYER BEWARE. Never have I ever dealt with such an incompetent bank. You can't access them. They hang up your calls. They don't answer your questions. They block you out of your account. They send you in circles from website, to phone number (multiple), to email, to apps, and they still don't answer your questions or take care of your requests. They just don't want to help you. They could care less.

Last Monday I tried transferring some money from my bank account in Tinkoff bank to another person's account in a Turkis bank. There where two payments. The payments were declined by BANCO DE SABADELL (Spain) as an intermediary bank on Tuesday. It's been more than a week but my payments have not returned to me. I contacted support several times (and for what I know my bank did too). However, Banco de Sabadell keeps telling me that they can't help. And that I have to wait and perhaps someday they will pay me back. So far I have no reason to believe the bank will return my money at all since I can't get any meaningful response. At this moment I am under the impression the bank has stolen my money and I am outraged.

la peor experiencia en toda mi vida! ¡El hombre que me atendió literalmente mintió y en mi cara! ¡No estoy exagerando, me mintió para convertirme en su cliente! ¡Así que ahora tengo 3 contratos por un año y todavía no puedo cerrar mi cuenta, yendo al infierno! ¡Y trataré de demandarlos!

The worst experience in my entire life! The man who assisted me literally lied to my face !!! I’m not exaggerating he LIED to me in order to make me they costumer! So now I have 3 contracts for a year and I’m still not able to close my account going true hell!!! And I will try to sue them!

Do not take out insurance with the bank Sabadell, taking out is very easy but you can't get rid of it. Every time a different story so it's just slow down. At the regional offices (Denia) they promise everything, only when it comes to canceling they do not understand it and they no longer respond to the questions. Do not take insurance with Sabadell.

Do not try to obtain car insurance with this bank. Their website states, 'We are by your side to help you' but after providing them with my phone number so that I can obtain car insurance I am after three days still waiting for them to call me. If you telephone them you will hear their standard message, "All our agents are busy", An hour later, still the same message. I wonder, do they really provide car insurance?

I was client of banco Sabadell calahonda branch for 12 years ! Everything was ok until last year March 2020 when they « retired «  half of the branch staff , including my account manager who was nr. 2 Then everything started to deteriorate , as they obstructed progressively all my possibilities , either to deposit cash or to transfer money from another account I had in spain . The new manager refused completely to give me coherent explanations , always invoking European banking legislation ! I tried several times to explain to him that I was treated differently by other banks , without success . It was the first time I was faced to such an incompetent , unprofessional , and obscurantic guy ! Not even polite ! So I decided to close my account ! My wife also closed her account ! Sabadell NEVER AGAIN ! Much better treatment with Banco Santander , where the staff is more professional and more caring !
