“To save money on their "lost in post" items and without my consent, BangX switched a Royal Mail delivery to courier (DPD). As normal DPD did not deliver on the first two occassions and only on the third because I physically stopped the driver in the road. (I live in a short section of the street which is one way - if the van enters the road at the wrong place, the driver has a ten yards walk.) When I complained, BangX repeatedly said it didn't matter because they successfully delivered to other customers; they simply disagreed that MY complaint about MY transaction would be addressed.”

Hi Richard, We can only apologise again, we tried our best for you. We did upgrade your package to DPD (which most customers appreciate) which was not to your liking. We did advise that as this wa snot suitable for you we could have the items returned to us to resend to you by an alternate method at no extra cost but that was also not suitable. Alternately you could have had them delivered to work or you could change the delivery time to suit you but all of these options were unsatisfactory. There was nothing else we could do for you despite our numerous attempts.
