“After finally getting the banners somewhat like i wanted, I could not log in using my main email address because my password was not working and tried 8 times using the reset password feature. I would get emails, but link never worked. Re-registered using another email address and mew password and that pulled my basic contract info. Tried calling but, but as is normal for most customer service reps I could not hear the person. While I need additional banners for another event and i will try this site again, if i have the same trouble it will be my last visit”

“Hidden shipping costs - Tricked me into creating the entire design then quoting me $20 for shipping. Make it clear on the website! Also, your tax is based on original price. Should be based on discounted price. You are overcharging for tax.”

“Hey there Banners on the Cheap. I have an issue with the Proofing process. I requested a proof of my design banner and when the proof came, I noticed that there was a very large white bleed area that I could have possibly expanded my image to fill. Your customer support rendered assistance by coloring the background, however I did not want that done. I requested re-editing the size of the of my document and that was beset with more issues. Namely, I have to cancel the original order, recreate the document with more accurate margins in order to solve the fit issue. I am appealing to your code and technical team. This process of having to recreate a whole order so as to edit the image size on your template is very painful. My order had to be canceled, refunded within 2 days etc., just to proof and edit? Please review. Thanks again.”
