“Editing has very limited options. Many glitches with website. Took me a day to add something to cart. Called customer service and said it could be a server. Then shipping is very high!”

“Difficulty in designing my banner the way I want. I was limited to editing the font size for all font not a specific font. I wanted the top writting of the sign to be larger than the other letters on the sign.”

“I have been trying to reach someone since Friday to discuss design questions. No one answers and no one calls back. I am desperate for the banners so I hope it all works out. Also we are a tax exempt organization and I don't see how to not pay sales tax. Maybe you could call me Mike - 314-498-6279”

“The website advertised a 50% sitewide discount until Sunday, its Friday and I was unable to purchase the banner at the 50% discount. The chat representative said it was nothing they could do and that was the end of the discussion. What type of service is that. This is blatant false advertising. I am hoping the quality of the product will be better than the operation has proven to be thus far. The best thing to do would be to credit my account back the difference between what was advertised and what I was charged. 54.14 is the normal price.”

“although Matt in the art department was very helpful, this was not a good experience. I ordered two banners at the same time and using the same template. One design was completed without a problem. the second was corrupted and I had to recreate the design. It took 4 days for the art department to decide that the design was corrupted and then the price went up $9! Although our uploaded logo in .svg format displayed perfectly in the upload area, it was altered every time on the banner design space. (This same uploaded logo worked just fine on the first banner.). Not only did I have to create the banner twice, I had to remove the logo, delay the project and pay a higher fee!”

“I re-ordered a design. I then went to edit that design by clicking the edit button. I saved the design several times. I selected 'continue'. I went to add it to my cart and got an error.: Failed to add the product. Please refresh the page and try one more time. Clearing cache/cookies did not help. THAT went through and thus I ordered. I hope the resolution is acceptable. Joe Biddle”
