“I am trying to use Banners on the Cheap again. My last banner is not usable - I recognize i sent a file with the actual graphic line box in it and foolishly approved it - I was on the phone with your rep and they said the pixels weren't great and I accepted that - when she sent over the proof I hastily glanced at it on my phone and didn't see the graphic line. I know it's my responsibility but would have loved someone from your team to point it out to me.”

“I originally ordered this banner on 4/1 ... it was not until I sent an email on 4/16 that I was told there was a glitch in the system and my order was cancelled. Giving you 1 more try.”

“Shipping costs are a bit high for single purchases. Would be better to just have free shipping with purchases over $100 (with slightly higher prices to show for it). The sales seem silly when the shipping is 1/2-1/3 the cost of what is being bought and I walk away from my cart a lot because of this.”

“spent a few hours putting together designs that couldn't be added to the cart....the resolution from the support team was to do it again. Then I'm trying to check out and keeps giving me an error message. I have used this service for several years and spent $1,000s of dollars...I probably wont purchase from here again in the future.”
