“We use Barclays.Net for business banking. They have blocked our account because they don't understand the changing made regarding to only listing Trustees on Companies House and Charity Commission. I am company secretary and treasure and not a trustee. I set the bank account up and am a cheque signatory. Barclays say they have put in a request for the account to be unblocked but cannot say how long it will take for the request to be implemented. We have been waiting just over a day. Very very disappointed.”

“I was initially a victim of an elaborate scam and was asked to transfer a (for me) a large amount of money. Fortunately I was unable to complete as Barclays blocked my account and after realising what was going on( by now the scammer was getting aggressive) I was able to stand up to them and finish the call. Thanks guys for realising before me what was happening and saved me from devastation. :)

“I went into Barclays in Harrow to arrange a bank transfer.
The first lady on the enquiry desk(after advising me no form to fill in)gave me a card with customer service phone number...she was extremely helpful,polite and efficient.
I went upstairs to use the phone and the same goes for the lady upstairs.
I then ring CS and the lady on the phone couldn't have been any more helpful and efficient even though she was unable to help me(security)advised me to see counter staff.
Lady on counter,again,very friendly,efficient,courteous.
All in all,each member of staff made my experience completely stress free and I was very grateful and impressed with everyone.

“Funny how easy it is to find a way to complain about Barclays representatives and how difficult to find a survey, website, email etc to give a positive feedback (maybe something worth changing:). Yesterday (16.11.22) between 11am and 12noon I was served with an extraodrinarily polite, professional, above and beyond (uc needed something that was nearly impossible "here and now"), soothing, encouraging and uplifting service from Miss Charlotte in Hastings Branch, there was a lady who directed me to Charlotte and this lady was also exceptionally kind which mattered all the more after difficult experiences especially of last 2 weeks, unrelated to Barclays. On the 15th also via direct call or calling the uk customers number given on card I spoke with equally outstanding and understanding Miss Jasmine (Jasmin?). My apologies for any misspeling. All 3 ladies deserve praise yet I don't know where to praise people. It's so easy these days to access complaint surveys, should be equally accessible to share lovely feedbacks about lovely people”
