I had a small issue with a spring that was missing from a Dell server rail pair. It’s wasn’t a massive issue , but Bargain Hardware responded by shipping me a replacement the same day as they were aware of an issue.
Best customer service I’ve had in a long time.
What’s more , it wasn’t a high value piece of kit but they treated me the same way as they would have done if it was a multi thousand point item.

“I ordered a Dell R940 and it arrived well packed and in good physical condition. It turned out, however, that either one of the CPUs was faulty, or the BIOS on the board had been corrupted. The company paid to have it shipped back, repaired, and then shipped back to me within a week.
