We look forward to this coffee all year. We only get Santa's White Christmas over the holidays. I think this year was a bad batch. Doesn't taste right. Also, a fresh pot of Santas White Christmas always has a slight milky swirl when you look at the carafe. This is just jet black.

I have tried to order White Christmas TWICE having problems with sufficient stock both times. They no longer produce White Christmas syrup, which seemed to be a best seller. #soontobeexcustomer

On Friday Nov 17 I placed an order online as Barnie's was giving 20% off and free shipping. While in Checkout I noticed that the 20% discount was not being applied. I decided to place the order and contact them by phone since it was past normal business hours. On the following Tuesday,I called their listed number and reached a voicemail asking me to leave my name and number and that I would be called back in the order in which the calls were received. I left my name, order number, phone number and a description. That was around 4;30pm and honestly did not expect a response since it was so late in the day. Wednesday came and went. Thursday and Friday too.. This is the second time for me that their website has failed to apply a 20% discount. In the other instance, I left the order in the cart and sent them an email explaining what happened. A day or so later I get an email from Barnie's asking why I haven't completed my order. I emailed them back asking them if they bothered to read the email I sent the day I tried to place the order. No response. Then in a day or so I get an email saying they'll give me 15% off the complete the order! Huh? By that time, I had gone elsewhere for my coffee order. So, in conclusion, coffee...good website...bad, customer service...worse!

Paid for two day delivery and it took 5 days . Not what I paid for. No more orders from me.

Entered discount code but received NO discount. It took one on line "contact us" and two phone calls to get the promised promotional discount. This was the second order to Barbies that I have had this problem. I am not happy!

I bought coffee cake and it did not taste at all like coffee cake!! Called 800 number twice and left a message for customer service and they never called me back! Terrible customer service!!!!! I buy their coffee at Publix and it is great. I also ordered maple and chi they were both good

It took forever to get here and then I had to sign for it so I had to be waiting all day for UPS. When it came the box was in good shape but by some miracle none of the coffee busted because it was thrown in the box...the clips were off of most of them and the bags were either twisted or smashed or folded. I have been buying from Barnie's for many many years and this is the first time they have ever come in this condition...I am very disappointed

I put in the order and about 20 minutes later I got an offer for 2 for $10. Tried to cancel the 1st order, but had to call my credit card company to cancel. Would have taken the 1st order but 6 vs 10 no brainer

A first time customer. After I placed my order, including shipping costs, a pop up came up urging me to order before midnight to take advantage of "Free Shipping"...Nice, but I'll never order from them again.

The coffee I received was 2 months from the expiration date so I had to give some away before it expired.
