“The staff at Barrhead in Dunfermline are fantastic. They have endless patience (I am probably a nightmare customer!), always make you feel like they're happy to see you when you pop in to the branch (even although they probably feel like running away to hide when they see me!), return phone calls straight away, and will go out of their way to help. Tracy and Sharon are an absolute credit to the company.”

“People will always have something to complain about however I feel like the girl I had spoken with the other night over the phone done the company justice. She had excellent customer service skills and spent a lot of time to do the right thing for me. It wasn't an easy task as I don't have the easiest group of friends when it comes too decision making but she had all the patience in the world. Well done Jodie devlin, 5stars.”

“The other day my wife and I popped in to ask about currency, we met a lovely woman called Carole, in thw glasgow store, who not only gave us fantastic advice on what to do when we were on holiday but also went above and beyond to find us the best rate on currency. She is a credit to your company and was a pleasure to do business with. We will definitely be back in the future; due to this experience. Thank you.”

“I recently visited Barrhead Travel at Newton Mears with a friend to book a holiday of a lifetime in Singapore, Australia and Dubai next year. My first impression on entering the office was the layout was very open with lots of space and all the staff greeted us with a good morning and a smile. Our holiday booking was dealt with by Lucy Craig who was very friendly and very professional. She took a lot of time to ensure we got the flights and accommodation we wanted. We will be going back to visit Lucy again very soon to book excursions for our holiday. Lucy is doing research into this for us before we go back. When we were booking our holiday there was a steady stream of customers coming into the office and everyone was greeted with a good morning and a smile. I was so impressed with my experience of Barrhead Travel at Newton Mearns that I have recommended them to family and friends. Resulting from my recommendation my daughter and her family have booked a holiday in Florida for next year. Lucy dealt with her holiday as well and made sure they got the holiday they wanted with a little extra as well. Keep up the good work Lucy and colleagues. If I could rate them higher than very good I would.”

“Excellent service when we booked, various options discussed and when we selected our venue the booking was quickly processed. We were also able to book seats for outward/inward flights which saved time when checking in.”

“The service was excellent.The person who put our package together was very helpful and understood our needs.All the hotels that were booked for us were excellent and the tours arranged were first class.The suggestion of the Rocky Mountaineer was brilliant..what a wonderful experience.We were very glad that we had been advised to use the Gold Leaf service .All the transfers were very well organised and went smoothly.The hotel in Vancouver was very convenient for us to board our cruise ship and the rooms excellent with a wonderful view of the harbour. Barrhead Travel set up a wonderful holiday for us and we would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting a friendly,helpful and informed holiday booking company.”

“We have booked three holidays now with Barrhead Travel and would thoroughly recommend them. The staff are very helpful and friendly and Barrhead's BA charter flight to Malaga is fantastic. We got private transfers to/from our hotel and had no problem with the taxi driver turning up. We would recommend Barrhead Travel.”

“I have had excellent service from the Glasgow offices of Barrhead Travel and all members of staff hve always extremely helpful amd most obliging. They follow up your enquiry with "Rapid response" and do not "Pester you", as other Travel Agencies do. We have had 2 cruises and everything went very smoothly and any problems were not necessarily of their making (Overseas Agents / Cruise Line). I did mention one problem from our most recent cruise and was immedoately contacted direct from the Manager of the Departmeny and received the reqisite response. I would have no hesitation in recommending Barrhead Travel and their excellent staff and will definitely be usung them for all holiday travel. They certainly merit their excelleny status in the Travel Industry as they have been performing to the highest standards for years. Any company is only as good as the staff, who have certainly received first class training from Management to perform at this level. I had used Barrhead travel during my business career and they have gone from strength to strength Thank you and well done Barrhead Travel.”

“Very helpful 1st class service ???????? booked to go to Tunisia ???? Agent phoned the same day & offered me ALL my money back or pick another holiday ???? wasn't sure where to go just wanted a holiday (1st family holiday) Jackie advised Turkey ?????? couldn't have had a better holiday ??????????????????”
