“Run do not run. They will try at all cost to not honor their return policy by charging $30 for shipping it back or trying to get you to keep it at a 20% discount”

“If I could give them 0 stars I would. I don’t mind shopping from China - that's not the issue. The issue is that they DONT TELL YOU THAT!!! They use a Jamaica NY address and tell you the product is shipped. Then it sits in NY for weeks. While they update shipping every few days so they don't lose their paypal monies. All correspondence to them is responded with "its not our fault". I ordered on 11/18 and the tracking STILL says Jamica NY [see pics]. For those who use PayPal as a seller, we know they hold your money till item is shipped. This company receives your money and then orders the product. Most likely the products are made to order as well. If I know the shipping is 8 weeks and still order then I am good to wait - IF they were HONEST about the turn around time. They are not. I filled a complaint with my CC company and they reversed the charge from PayPal. It's a shame shoddy sellers ruin it for the good ones. THIS IS WHY I only use a CC attached to PayPal online anymore. Too many scammers.”

“I ordered 2. Received 1.(not the best quality) Second is stuck at usps. They told me to go get it. That was not the arrangement. Post office said tracking number not eligible for inquiry. They still will not check it out or give me my refund.”

“Do not order from this company. Order takes forever to arrive. Sweater was moldy. Was told in order to receive a refund I would been responsible for shipping it back to China.”

“I wish I would’ve read these reviews before purchasing. The blazer that I order took WEEKS to arrive (after my event took place) and when it arrived, it was too small for me and was make of cheap fabric (representing nothing like the photo). When I submitted a request to return the item, they offered me a 15% discount on the next time I make an order instead but I said no way! Once I realized it was going to cost a fortune in shipping costs to return and with such a bad experience, I said “f it” and will just donate the blazer. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! TOTAL WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.”

“(EU) Ordered 1.12. as it was 2-8 work days shipping. Asked 6.12. if order was shipped, they said it's processing. Asked 11.12. if order was shipped, they blamed shipping and told me that they will sync on my email when the order will be shipped. On 20.12. support contacted me and told me they can refund. I asked for a refund, then they said that they can't refund because order was sent, although no information was provided. So...nothing was sent, no refund, no further information. Save your money, time and nerves and skip this seller.”

“I recently ordered from this company and paid expedited shipping for items that still haven’t been shipped to date. Its been 3 weeks. I really don’t care to fight anymore, I know that once they get here, if they ever do I won’t be refunded a penny. I just dropped this here to warn the next person. Please trust the reviews and save yourself time, frustration, and money. It’s not worth the headache. I wish reviews like this would follow the company around bc it is a total scam…”

“Horrible experience - stay away! The company is based in China, so it takes 4-5 weeks to ship. I used the tracking information they gave me and my order was in the "preparing to ship" stage. I did some digging into the reviews and found them to be horrible, so I decided to cancel my order. According to the store policy, they will refund you 90% of the order if you cancel before it ships. I emailed to cancel and they said my order was already shipped. They gave me a new tracking number that I never received, which said it was shipped on the day I emailed them! How convenient - I email to cancel and they magically shipped it. I'm currently fighting with them to get my refund. I also filed a complaint with PayPal, the International Business Bureau, and the Federal Trade Commission.”

“SAVE YOUR MONEY and TIME!!! You'll wait a couple of weeks for shipping. The jeans WILL NOT fit (No matter the size you order) and are nothing close to the jeans pictured. They're not high waisted and the "denim" is very thin with absolutely NO stretch. You'll be responsible for return shipping costs which is more than $50. The company will offer you $5 (that's right FIVE Dollars) as a refund and 15% off your next order. You'll either be out $50 for the Jeans or $50 for return shipping. The jeans aren't worth either.....”

“Their clothing looks nothing like the displayed pictures on their website. The sizes are extremely small, and they make the return process difficult. The return policy is at your expense, and in a different country. The amount of money spent on a return puts you in a position to keep it. I consider this a scam so I advise not to purchase anything from this site.”

“Aside from the hideous clothes that look nothing like what's pictured -- DO NOT BELIEVE WHAT IS PRINTED as their return policy! I have been going back and forth with these people for over a week - You CANNOT return items! If you request a return, they'll send a message stating, you can keep the item, and refund you 40 percent of the purchase price. If you choose to exchange, they'll send a response stating that the item is no longer available-and delete your preferred size from the site for a couple of days. If you use Afterpay, they'll send a message stating that their policy is to wait until Afterpay receives all payments. This is not a legitimate online store. You have been warned!”

“The only reason I gave a one star review is because you can't comment without a rating. I placed an order September 4th for three items. A month passed and I contacted customer service (via email only) only to find out one of the items were not available. I was asked to make a substitution which I did. Three whole weeks go by and ONE item was delivered. The quality is pure TRASH! I wish I read the reviews first. I will be disputing with my bank and returning the ONE item they sent. RUN!! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM.”

“Terrible company! I ordered on September 28 and my clothes arrived on October 14. I could only contact the company through email which is a red flag, taking almost 3 weeks to arrive-red flag. The tracking number sent through email never worked-red flag. The sizes are not accurate, the 2x fit like a large-red flag. They try to give customers a free cheaply necklace to make it seem they have good quality service. This company steals pictures off other websites to use as their own, that's why the models faces are cut off in the pictures. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!”

“This company are scammers!! The clothes look nothing like the picture and does not fit. I order an extra large they sent a small. Very cheap material. I receive half of my order and they refuse to refund me. If you don’t want to lose your money please bypass this company. A complete disappointment!”

“The product took well over a month until I received the item. It was a complete rip off. The item was not as described. It was a miniature version of what it should have been. There was no tracking information for over three weeks or any update on the status of the order Complete rip off. Do not buy any products from this company.”

“Ordered from these people on 5/2/23 still haven't received my order. Attempts to communicate via email are a joke. Please be cautious about spending your monies with them. They take your monies immediately upon placing your order!”

“Do not order from this company!!! They are a complete scam. I ordered on Dec. 2 and never received shipping information. On Dec. 22 I requested a refund, they refused and shipped a partial shipment instead. I disputed the order through PayPal and they said before I could get a refund I needed to return the items they sent to me, but get this, instead of shipping the package back to New York where they came from, they made me shipped it back to China which costed me $30 to do so. So I shipped it back to China and made PayPal reimburse me the shipping costs, when the package made it to China it ended up being held in customs on Feb. 28 and haven't moved since. During all this time PayPal kept denying my case because BaseusClothing hadn't received the items. I had to continuously call PayPal and get the case reopened over the next 4 months. Regardless of what PayPal says they do not have your back!!! I finally got my full refund today by disputing the charge with my bank. So now I'm going to leave a review where ever I can to save people the trouble. Baseusclothing is a scam!”
