“BUYERS PLEASE PLEASE BEWARE! This company is a HUGE SCAM. I ordered a dress on April 26th and still have not received it. Instead I recieved an email from a Renee on yesterday over a month laterasking me to choose another item from their website. I have contacted the BBB and have made a formal claim against this fraudralent company.”

“Took forever to get the outfit and when it came, the quality was aweful and I'll-fitted. No return packing slip and it seemed to come from China. Never again will I order from these no name companies.”

“If I could leave zero stars I would. This company does nothing but lies! They send fake usps tracking #'s and keeps sending updates saying the package is still in Jamaica, NY the entire time. Nothing was ever received and some customer svc agent named Renee responds sending you the same tracking # you already had saying it shipped in 2 seperateshipments. All a fraud! Asked for a refund no response!”

“As other reviews have stated, this company is a joke. The jeans they sent me were horrible, cheap and not the correct size. They refused to pay for me to ship the order back. Expected me to pay the $30.00 to ship it back when they sent me the wrong size. I left an honest review on FB and they of course deleted it and blocked me from commenting. Any company who does this knows they are not a reputable company. The biggest joke is they pretend to be a US company yet the debit charge clearly states "Hong Kong". Don't do business with this scum bag company!”

“If I could give a rating of ZERO, I would. I ordered three dresses. I still haven’t received one of them and they verified that they canceled the order, but they are refusing to return my money unless I ship back the other two items (which I did finally receive after weeks and weeks of little to no communication) The two dresses that I did receive are NOT as pictured. They deleted and blocked me from Facebook and continue to delete my comments on Instagram. This company is a sham.”

“So disappointed in this company. Ordered paying expedited shipping and got the item 4 weeks later! I was then told to return in to China. Seriously, so unacceptable and the name is baseusclothing? Don't purchase from here. RIDICULOUS”

“I wish I would have read the reviews company is a scam! If I could leave zero stars I would. I emailed their fraudulent customer service, the keep telling me the package is being sent from Jamaica NY buy USPS never received the package that only meant a shipping label was created. I lost $130 I wish people like this would get caught and made to deploy and support the troops by cleaning the bathrooms in all deployed camps. Ridiculous”

“Base is clothing is a scam company! I purchased a dress for $45 , with the expectation that it would at least hit my basic expectations of what I ordered .. it fell short in every way. The cut , the quality , the fit .. all of it ! It looked and felt like it was made from a bed sheet. I asked to return it .. and I have to send it back to China somewhere, even though I was told it shipped from the US. It took FOREVER to get , and will most likely “ never arrive “ in China in order to process my refund. DO NOT buy from this company.. you will regret it.”

“This company is a scam like all other reviews, I wish that I read the reviews before ordering. I ordered some shorts and their sizes are not right, way to small. I’ve been trying to get in touch with them about my refund for 7 days and no answer. It took me 3 weeks just to get my order, PLEASE PLEASE IF ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY PLEASE DON’T. “Buyers beware! This company is a scam, DO NOT BUY FOM THEM! Took for ever to get item and when received, it had no tags, look and smell worn. When I ask to return item they gave me an address in China and telling me I am responsible for paying shipping. This is their way to deter you from returning the item. DO NOT BUY!”

“I placed an order November 11,2022 I ordered a sweater and a dress received te sweater in December. I started inquiring about the dress in January. Finally received the dress at the end of January it was not what I ordered they asked me to send a picture of the dress I received they sent me an Email saying it was the same dress I ordered and that ifI wanted to return it I would have to pay international fees to return it well that wasn’t going to happen because they probably would not have given me a refund this site is a total rip off. Every time I see an advertisement on Facebook I will put something negative about them just maybe someone will listen and save their money. Please DO NOT order from these people!!!”

“If I could give them a negative zero I would. I ordered five long sweaters as Christmas presents on November 17th and today is January 15th and I have on received one sweater. I am livid!!!!!!! This company needs to be shut down. I am contacting my local consumer affairs so that can expose them in our area and I am posting each day so that other people can be warned about this terrible company.”

“The worst company ever. I have been waiting on items I ordered on December 11. According to their tracking information, the items were sent to Fast Track express on Dec 20 which is less than 50 minutes away from my house. I have emailed the company several time and they keep saying the tracking system will be updated soon and then sent an email asking me to be patient. Baseusclothing does not seem to care at all. They don’t seem to be checking on my order. This has proven not to be a company you should do business with.”
